- Check device compatibility before booking. No refunds for eSIM issues due to incompatible devices.
- Starting 20 March at 22:00, the 24-hour operating counter at Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 will be relocated to near Arrival Hall A, 1st Floor, Terminal 2 (in front of Gate 3).
