Booked this excursion only for them to cancel on the day, offered a refund or to change the date. I changed the date and an hour before the excursion was informed that "stargazing through a telescope has been prohibited by the local authorities" 🤷 go figure. So I said I'd cancel and continue with the refund. I never received a reply. Have done similar excursions with different companies and it was great. Look elsewhere.

The pick-up driver never came. We tried to get in contact with viatour, they asked us to contact the tour operator. They didnt answer, we called and called while waiting in front of the hotel - what a waste of money. And now you wont give us our money back…. This is really such a bad way to run a business.
