Start to finish was flawless. Booked at 9pm for the next day instant confirmation and a whattapp straight away regarding transfers. Transfers were actually 10mins early so we got there with time to spare. Every single person from the transfer gut to the captain to the instructor were fabulous. Fruit platter at white island lost count the amount of dolphins we seen. Stopped off for snorkeling and there were thousands of fish. Drink and snacks always offered. Even let the kids try the wheel. Amazing day out fo a family wpuld highly recommend as a British travel agent myself.

It was a lovely day on the sea. Our boat captain took us to an area with dolphins and then to a sand bar where we could lounge and swim. The itinerary actually mentioned 3 stops but we were not taken anywhere else. It was lovely where we were though. We were given some snacks but I noticed other boats had fresh fruit platters which would have been nice.

We went to a spot where we could see dolphins swim in the middle of the sea. We did orange bay as an added extra (10€ pp) and so worth it. Beautiful place. Our private tour guide was really good and the snorkeling was stunning. He took us for 45 minutes and waited for us and showed us different fish etc.
They provided good snacks and soft drinks/water. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy communication and transfer to and from where we needed. Highly recommend a private tour for a more private experience.

We had the most amazing experience! We saw dolphins and the most beautiful sights. The whole team was fantastic, and even our taxi pickup with Mina was great — such a kind person! We will definitely book again and recommend it to everyone. Our captain on the speedboat was incredibly polite and friendly. Please, everyone, go ahead and book it — it’s worth every euro!

For context I booked this private Dolphin Boat Trip for my husband and myself, but since he felt unwell that morning, I went alone. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and far below expectations.
Hotel Pickup: Smooth
The pickup from Soma Bay was punctual and smooth (I paid an extra 30 euros for the transfer). We arrived at the marina at around 9:00 AM.
Boat Driver: Polite though Unprofessional
The boat driver arrived on time and helped carry my bag. However, the first few questions he asked included my age, which might not be intentional though made me feel slightly uncomfortable. On the way to the boat, I went to the restroom and when I came back, he had already started smoking. He finished the cigarette while we were on the boat and were preparing to set off.
Early Part of the Trip
Once on the boat, he cleaned up, gave me snacks, and we set off.
We first saw some sea cows, and the boat driver was skilled at spotting marine animals quickly.
Snorkeling: NOT as Advertised
At the first snorkel point, he helped me with the life jacket and fins. However, I soon learned that he cannot snorkel. This means there was no private snorkel guide, even though this service was clearly advertised.
Instead, I was asked to snorkel with his brother, who was guiding another group on a different boat. Obviously, he had to prioritise his own guests.
The snorkel spot itself was unimpressive: mostly small fish and reef was not amazing either.
I mentioned that I preferred to continue searching for dolphins instead of snorkeling further.
Second Wildlife Stop: More Sea Cows
We saw sea cows again, surrounded by many boats. After observing them for a while, I asked to continue the trip.
Unclear Communication & Safety Concerns
The driver then headed off without telling me the destination. I had no idea whether we were searching for dolphins or going to the next stop. It was windy, the ride was extremely bumpy, and I began feeling cold and unsafe.
Abu Minquar Island
We eventually arrived at Abu Minquar Island, which was part of the itinerary. However, at that point I was feeling too cold and uncomfortable to continue. I asked to end the trip early and return to the Marina at around 11:00 AM, only two hours after departure.
Overall
This trip was expensive, and the key advertised service "Private Snorkeling guide" was not provided. While the boat driver tried his best within his abilities, his inexperience, limited English, and lack of communication made the experience far from satisfactory.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this tour based on what I received.

We would like to clarify that a private snorkeling guide is always included in our tours. On this specific day, the assigned guide had a personal issue and could not attend. To ensure your safety and enjoyment, the captain arranged for a guide from another boat to assist you. We apologize that this affected your experience.
We are also sorry that you were feeling cold. On this day, the weather in Hurghada was over 30 °C, but in November the water can sometimes feel a little cooler. We want to highlight that seeing sea cows is even more rare than seeing dolphins. While dolphin sightings are never 100% guaranteed, the captain ensured you had the best possible opportunity to enjoy the wildlife. The waves and weather that day were normal, and many other trips took place without any issues.
Our team always strives to provide the best experience for every guest, and we hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future.

Good communication from booking. Picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to Hurghada marina to meet our speed boat. Our driver escorted us to our boat and introduced us to our snorkeling guide, Mohamed and Captain Sam.
The day was explained in detail before we started and we were able to get comfy on the large speed boat.
1st we went to the "dolphin house" (a large reef suitable for snorkeling and scub diving) where many dolphins can be observed. When no dolphins were apparent we changed the itinerary and moved to another reef to snorkel. Mohamed was amazing with my husband who is a weak swimmer and was nervous about snorkeling. And he managed to swim and observe a number of species on the reef before heading back to the boat. I was then taken a bit further to see some larger fish before also returning. We then returned to the dolphin house where we were told there was at least 1 dolphin swimming around. Mohamed took me in to snorkel and was pointing out the fish when the dolphin swam past. It swam close to me 3 times and Mohamed took video which he kindly sent through to me.
Unfortunately, shortly after this my husband began to feel unwell but rather than head straight back Captain Sam moved us into the shade of a larger ship and got some coffee and soft drinks to see if that helped. Both Mohamed and Sam made sure we were OK at all points in the trip and made sure that we were in charge of the itinerary. Although my husband felt a bit better we decided to cut the trip short and miss out on visiting the White Island. Sam took us straight back to the marina, and Mohamed organised our driver to pick us up early and also to call to a pharmacy to get some medicine to help.
All 3 were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were OK.
On top of that snorkeling in the red sea is amazing, the waters are so clear, the sea life so numerous, and the guides are awesome.
I would 100% recommend this trip, we want to come back with our children to experience it with them as soon as we can.

Excellent all in all... The tour guide Tariq and the captin Mohammaf were very helpful and accommodating.
They tailored the tour based on your desire which I guess is the whole point of paying more for the private tour ( as oppsed to a group one where you'll have a fixed schedule).
The boat was clean and safe and I even got thr chance to drive it a bit.
We did some snorkling in a gorgeous area wit beautiful coral reefs and fish.
We managed to see one "dolphin" although when looking back at the pictures it looks more like a Dugong (sea cow).
They had snacks and drinks and all and all it's a pleasant experience ( as long as you're not fixated on the dolphins)

The speedboat tour was amazing! Our captain and guide were very accommodating to our personal requests. We saw lots of dolphins at two spots. The reefs were also very beautiful and clear. There weren't many people at the spots, which made it a wonderful experience.

10/10 Was such a great day from the moment we were picked up to the end. Mohammed was a great captain and so good with the children. We went snorkelling while the children stayed in the boat and fed the fish with the team.

This was a great 4 hours tour by privat boat. We went snorkeling outside of Eden island and it was amazing, so beautiful corals and you will see so many kind of small colorfull fishes, we loved it very much. We also went to the Eden island and spent some good quality time there. Next we stopped at White island, very small island with so shallow sea, very beautiful place. We can recommend this trip 100%

We had an amazing day, From the transfer with Sabry who looked after me when I became unwell to Mohammed & Mohammed who were amazing hosts for the morning, everything was perfect!
We didn’t get to swim with the dolphins as it was too dangerous due to amount of boats everywhere but the snorkelling was incredible and orange bay was awesome!

My partner and I, booked a half day boat excursion. It was really great!
We had unlimited snacks and drinks and were well accompanied by a guide and a boat captain.
We could see dolphins, swim at ease and enjoy our privacy.

Essam our driver arrived on time.
He drove us to our excursion location.
He was friendly and talkative and made our journey very pleasant I’d definitely give him 5*
The transfer is an additional cost of 15 euros but worth it
We got to our destination and met a lovely young girl who took us to our boat.
We was greeted by a young man who later left but was friendly.
We had to wait whilst the boat was washed clean as we got told our boat had taken a minor bump so we was going to go in the boat being cleaned.
This wasn’t a problem as long as the excursion was going ahead that was fine by us.
We set off and arrived at the location to see the dolphins there were a total of five.
The driver did his best to get us as close to the dolphins .
We went on to an Island and by this time we desperately needed something to drink but nothing was offered even though we was told snacks and soft drinks were included.
I asked my partner to ask him if he had any snacks or drinks.
The driver said he will prepare some snacks for us.
It was a platter of apples and oranges.
No drinks were offered and we asked after a while and he offered us water that was so warm it was barely worth drinking.
We was so disappointed.
We are arrived at the snorkelling and the equipment was terrible two of the goggles broke as we tried to wear them and we were unable to snorkel as water kept going in to the goggles no matter how many times we adjusted them.
The equipment was given to our driver from another boat.
He had no safety ring that we could use if we got into distress neither was getting back on the boat easy we had to stand on the motor and be pulled up. Even the clips on the life jackets were broken.
It was a horrible experience.
We watched many drivers play music dance laugh and communicate with their passengers he did very little and spoke very little besides offering a ball to play on the beach with.
He lacks customer communication and clearly was put on the job last minute.
We payed a lot of money for this excursion and for us this experience was not the best at all. We would prefer someone from management gets in contact with us.

Amazing private boat hire where everybodys desires were taken into account. Those who wanted to snorkle got a good tour and even those wjo were unsure in water went in as they felt so safe. We then fot to swim with a dolphin in open sea and our amazing guide used his tricks to get it come and swim near us. Island stop was lovely at the sandbar and had final swim in really shallow spot. People who were against booking ended up loving it and the great friit platter we got.

Captain Islam was fantastic! He made us feel safe as beginner swimmers and like we were on a real adventure! He held my hand until I was comfortable to swim across the coral reef by myself and saw the most beautiful and colorful fish! The highlight of the trip were the dolphins that greeted us in the spot he predicted! A whole family jumping, twisting and waving their fins! This is a memory I will savor for the rest of my life! I highly recommend!

This trip was excellent. We have 2 snorkeling in two different locations.
And the most amazing part of coz would be dolphin watching. We saw the dolphins in two different locations with ten dolphins. Even saw a baby dolphin!! The trips was so good and our guide was so good and friendly.

We did the 4 hour private boat trip with our Captain Mohammed and first mate Sayyid. They were both very friendly and helpful the entire time, brought on board water, sodas and snacks for our entire family. During our trip we saw 1 dolphin and they took us to multiple spots to snorkel and relax on the sand bar, adjusting to the conditions and what we wanted. I highly recommend the crew.
My issues are with the lack of equipment on board the boat. I had previously emailed the tour operator multiple times stating I had a 10 year old an 8 year old who were very much looking forward to snorkeling in the Red Sea. Both my wife and I are Padi certified divers who are experienced snorkelers as well so it's not our first time doing this. Upon boarding and getting to our first snorkeling spot, the crew started to dig around for snorkeling gear and found nothing that would fit my 8 year old, 2 adult combo masks, only 1 large life jacket that fit neither of my children and one pair of fins that were too small for my wife and I and too big for my kids. The crew then motored to another boat and borrowed an adult mask and snorkel and another adult life jacket. My 8 year old was brave enough to attempt swimming with the very over-sized life jacket and multiple of the adult masks but it ended up being very uncomfortable for her and she was very very sad that she couldn't get any of the snorkels to work on her face. My son gave up too as he didn't have a life jacket or fins that fit him,
In addition, the first full face mask that I was given leaked and they had to borrow another from a different boat.
While seeing the dolphin was fun for my kids, the sandbar was really relaxing and the very limited snorkeling my wife and I got was nice, I was highly disappointed by the lack of functional equipment given this is described as a "snorkeling" tour.

This is what you need in Hurghada if you are here for holiday to blow off your stress. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and it was absolute fun. The dolphin watching was supposed to be the main thing and we watched them for long but the boat ride, snorkelling and visiting White Island were all great. It’s like a rock’n roll boat ride (safari jeep ride in desert if you did before in Hurghada but ocean version)! Highly recommended for any family.
