Great experience and the staff were fantastic. They constantly asked how we would like our massages, if we were ok etc etc.
The pick up and drop off was done in a modern air conditioned car that was comfortable and clean. Can't recommend enough really.

The electricity at the spa was not working properly. We had no Sauna, no jacuzzi and no welcome drink.
Massage was before the scrubbing and washing. And a lot of men hanging around the spa on the Deck chairs.
No real hammam experience. The tour office never answered the mails.

The massage place we went to was nice and staff friendly BUT the company we booked through are a disgrace. They sent a shared transfer, our hotel and the hotel of the second family was literally 2 minute drive away, they told us to be ready 10:45 and told them to be ready at 11:30. We were waiting in the scorching sun (with 3 young children) and the driver turned off the car and the AC. My kids were really struggling and he wouldn’t switch the car back on to cool us down. Then when we got to the massage place, they wouldn’t let my 5 year old join as the massage place said she was too young, but this company we booked through charged us for the infant to have the full experience. We waited in the reception area for around an hour before finally arguing and getting my way for my child to be included(if they refused then one of the adults would’ve missed out to look after her). The company refused point blank to cooperate. Due to the waiting around, we missed lunch at our hotel and had to pay for my children to eat dinner, and they refused to refund us a small amount to help towards the extra costs incurred for feeding my kids (we had an all inclusive booked but lunch ended at 2pm). The company I booked through was then messaging me promising they would give some compensation, but then stopped replying to my messages. Disgusting company and I would never use them to book again. I would ask all travellers wanting to do this excursion to look to book through a more reliable company.

Pick up was on time but be prepared to be whisked into the depths of nowhere! Where the traffic is scarce, no buildings around and your only company is a few wild, feral dogs.
But then you arrive at a beautiful true Egyptian building and your heart returns to normal.

You are given a small wrap and told to change and put your clothes in a locker and then hang your key up on a public numbered board lol
Everywhere is very clean and nice, the showers are just a small lake warm dribble and smell a little stagnant but usable. Ladies, wear a bikini unless you don't mind flopping your girls out.
I was looked after by a girl called Amira and she was so lovely. I asked for a gentle massage and that is what I got.
My friend, unfortunately, didn't get the same experience with her guide, Donna. Friend has trouble and pain with her neck and shoulder which, on the marble hammam bed, Donna totally disregarded despite being asked, even begged to be gentle. Friend had soapy bubbles deliberately thrown into her eyes to which Donia laughed at before doing it again. Friend declined the massage as she was afraid that Donia would damage her shoulder.
Personally, my only criticism of Sultan Turkish Baths and Spa is that after the wonderful 45 minute massage you are left at the top of the stairs, directed down them and then you have to work out where you are going and what to do next.

Turkish hammam was super fun, foamed soap made me feel like a cloud. Manal gave me a good scrub and later a fantastic massage so good and relaxing I fell asleep! All staff were friendly, polite and professional. Located a bit further from town but definitely worth trying, just use the drive to enjoy beautiful views of Hurghada.

I booked this last minute and have had many Hammam’s before. So I was hoping for the same, when I’d got there usually they provide some sore of swimwear or netted underwear due to hygiene reasons. However, they provided nothing & expected me to wear my own underwear and bra which was really really inconvenient and unhygienic. I was disappointed in this, they weren’t even able to provide a hair tie/ bobble to put my hair up in. I did not like the idea at all of men and woman having the experience in the same room, did not feel Comfortable, no privacy.
The sauna and the steam bath was good. Massage was ok, felt like she was rubbing rather than massaging… purchased photos which I was happy with.
