Spa experience itself was ok, worth £80? Just about. What ruined it though was the fact we were charged an additional £20 for pickup. There is no mention of the additional charge in the experience advert, it was sprung in us the evening before the experience, so too late too cancel. So the £80 experience actually cost £100. Also, not the most friendly of welcomes.

Not as good as pictures and some reviews describe, but it’s a good value for money (when you compare it with European spas) The massage was the best part. But I found the venue generally not clean. I felt like everyone was rushing. Jakuzi is old and not powerful.

Do Not Book here! The Company that offers the Transfer is Not reliable. They were Not able to Pick us up . They did Not have the capacity on the booked day. Even if it was Their fault , the did Not refund me untill today. They promised to do so . It feels like a scam !

Wish I stayed longer had to leave due to my flight so I missed the hamam but definitely worth it slept half way through the message everything is clean and is £10 for two hours of heaven definitely worth it

Massage was superb unfortunately we didn't do hamamatsu as it was mixed. And we were not aware of this so any Muslims that book this u have to pay double the price for hamam. Chose option vip

I booked this experience for my wife she reported that the message and the scrub was nice ,, however the jacuzzi was cold and the whole experience felt rushed particularly for the amount of money that was paid, infact we attended a spa treatment the day before as couple including a child and we paid 40% less for two people , this experience was charged at over £50plus for one person, which according to my wife was okay but not worth that amount of money and the other experience elsewhere that less money was paid was better. If you charging that much the juccuzi should not be cold and they experience should not feel rushed

I was booked for the Lotus Hammam and Spa However I was taken instead to the Sultan Turkish Bath? No idea why?? So my review is for the latter On arrival the building looked big and very impressive and it was very clean throughout. Infact It was the cleanest building I have been to in my entire time in Egypt. The major problem for me was the lack of people skills. There was no warm welcome. I felt a bit like cattle being herded from place to place. Having never been to a Turkish bath before I was clueless as to what order you were supposed to do things in. The staffs interpersonal skills leave a lot to be desired (apart from Sambo the masseur who was fabulous) Rather than explaining what to do, they simply chose to reprimand you when you didn’t do something properly. Orders were kind of barked at you …"stand up!" "Sit down!" I understand it is not their mother tongue but The staff could do with learning the word "please" after all 99 percent of their clientele are tourists. I was told to get undressed, then ordered to get shoes …(what shoes?! Apparently they supply sliders for our use but no one told me ) and then I was ushered by a woman to move into next room. But Then a man shouted at me to stay in the corridor. (This really made me angry) So I was standing in my pants in a corridor while people wandered around. Not nice. Feeling a bit cold and exposed When the rest of the people in my session were ready we were taken to sit in a room with salt granuals all over the floor. No idea why?. It was cold in there so not comfy at all no one explained what we were doing. I had to ask someone what happens next. Told to go in the sauna … again no idea for how long …. Then (after having to ask again ) it was the steam room and then jakuzi … just as I’m enjoying the jakuzi I’m ordered to get out and join the group. Then we were ordered into a waiting room (which once again was quite cool so it felt like all the warmth we had gained from the last activities was lost. But once into the Turkish bath room things improved. Sambo was wonderful and gave an incredible body scrub …then a soapy rub down then rubbed all over with coconut flakes and wrapped in a big sheet like a mummy. Then I was washed down and taken to a massage room on my own (everything up to then was in a room with two other people being worked on) Massage was really good and I happily tipped Sambo for his efforts. So I would give Sambo 5 stars But the arrival and cattle market beginning I would only give 2 stars.

Pick up at the time asked and straight to the Turkish bath place. The reception was great from the beginning till the end. The massage was super and one of the best I had so far from Eypty and Turkey. 100% recommendable to anyone would like to try!

Ich habe VIP gebucht . Das Motto Hamam wurde nicht eingehalten. Die Massage war befriedigend. Die gebuchte Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten. Die Zeit in Whirlpool betrug 5minuten.

Die Massage hat mir sehr gefallen. Anfangs geht man mehrere Stationen in kürzerer Zeit ab, aber ab dem Peeling nimmt die Geschwindigkeit ab. Insgesamt ist das Erlebnis ist sehr entspannend.

El masaje estuvo fantástico, pero todo lo demás fue demasiado estresante y muy lejos de poder relajarse, había demasiada gente, los encargados gritaban, para que los trabajadores se apresuraran, llegaron hasta las áreas de masajes, abrían las puertas los trabajadores hacían lo mejor que podían con una sonrisa, pero no no volvería y los recomendaría.

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich einige verstehen die meinen... es wird einfach auf Masse abgefertigt. Aber wer so wenig zahlt darf nixht meckern. Dann muss man mehr zahlen und dann privat sich massieren lassen. Ich war glücklich weil es lustig war. Ich werde nochmal das ganze buchen und nochmal fahren. Ich würde gerne meinen Masseur einen Stern extra geben aber leider geht es nicht.
