It was an okay experience for me. Honestly i felt i wasn't treated the same way other people were treated. The person assigned to me kept talking to me in Arabic the language i don't know and she was not very interested in working i guess. She didn't finish most of the stuff. I got only half the treatment the other people got. After the massage she mentioned about the tip showing her name. I didn't wanted to tip for the service i wasn't satisfied.
It was my 1st time. I didn't know how things would work. It would be good if you could mention to bring bikini and stuff required. When i forgot to bring bikini they gave a mocking look

There is a lot of waiting around. Spent 3 hours at the location instead of the 2 hours advertised. And out of those 3 hours, only 1 hour involved the advertised services. The masseuse (Shuru) was very good but I only got 20 mins massage out of the 45 mins paid for. Expect attempts to sell you things like fish pedicures and drinks while you wait after your scrub. The steam room was luke warm.

I had a really nice experience at this massage place. The space was clean, calm, and very pleasant, and the massage itself was great. Amy was my therapist and she was wonderful and very professional. She spoke a little English, but I felt very comfortable throughout the session.
The only thing worth noting is the distance the ride from Soma Bay took about an hour, which I didn’t realize beforehand. I probably still would have gone, but it’s good to know in advance. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely come back.

Spa was very nice the rooms were adequately clean and the facilities were good. The staff members who performed our treatments were very good. We had a couple of issues with the transfer that were rectified eventually. We had asked the operator about booking more services and they offered 15% off due to the hassle but they never responded to a request for prices hence knocking off a star. For the money though you can’t go wrong and definitely wouldn’t get an experience like that in the U.K. for the code.

We booked a spa with transfer included on February 8, the day we arrived in Egypt. The appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but the establishment put pressure on us to advance the pick-up before 2pm, which we accepted despite the fatigue of the trip.
The driver did not find the address and left without waiting for us. As a result, we walked about 30 minutes under the sun (27°C) just after landing, only to be left unsolved. Zero organization, zero professionalism, zero consideration for customers.
The spa admitted fault and promised a full refund. Yet we have only received a partial refund. To date, full reimbursement has not been made.
