It was a lovely experience, it was so relaxing and the place was neat.
Booked it through HolidayWaka and Tours, I’m impressed with the service.

It was an okay experience for me. Honestly i felt i wasn't treated the same way other people were treated. The person assigned to me kept talking to me in Arabic the language i don't know and she was not very interested in working i guess. She didn't finish most of the stuff. I got only half the treatment the other people got. After the massage she mentioned about the tip showing her name. I didn't wanted to tip for the service i wasn't satisfied.

We had a couple of issues with the transfer that were rectified eventually. We had asked the operator about booking more services and they offered 15% off due to the hassle but they never responded to a request for prices hence knocking off a star. For the money though you can’t go wrong and definitely wouldn’t get an experience like that in the U.K. for the code.

We booked a spa with transfer included on February 8, the day we arrived in Egypt. The appointment was scheduled for 4pm, but the establishment put pressure on us to advance the pick-up before 2pm, which we accepted despite the fatigue of the trip.
The driver did not find the address and left without waiting for us. As a result, we walked about 30 minutes under the sun (27°C) just after landing, only to be left unsolved. Zero organization, zero professionalism, zero consideration for customers.
The spa admitted fault and promised a full refund. Yet we have only received a partial refund. To date, full reimbursement has not been made.
A spa is supposed to be a relaxing time. Here it was stress, pressure and a very bad experience from the first day of vacation.
