Lovely if you have kids but if your kids are older they will be bored the concept water park is not the same as in Europa.

I didn't have huge expectations about this water park excursion, but I was still left feeling a bit underwhelmed. It started with some frustration about the way taxes couldnt be collected (apparently) and the need to pay the driver in cash for VAT which didn't make sense to me. Then the park itself was very old and tired with some rides not working and some of the pools being freezing cold as they were not heated. The park closed for 1.5 hours for lunch and all the rides stopped,. which was frustrating and the all inclusive food options were more than basic. Lastly we have been hounded by the tour operator for copies of our passports which felt instusive and unnecessary, which I have declined to provide.

Transfer was a great experience! Disappointed that a few of the main slides were closed for the day when we got there even though we paid for full price tickets. Be careful on the slides that require a mat because you can get hurt if you use them incorrectly. Not a bad day out!

It’s was okay the water park it self was amazing but you get left to your own devices with very little explanation where things are and what is included and not as the place is so big and several hotel so difficult where lunch is is you can’t read Arabic or speak Arabic as staff don’t understand.

Great day for the family. Kids had the best time. Our driver was very nice he arrived on time to collect us and came to the exact place he told us to meet to then walk us to his car.

Overall a 5-Star experience, and both of our drivers were very nice & helpful. However, it would really REALLY help if the drivers for pick-up/return just had something as simple as a sign or piece of paper with your name on or anything to help you identify them & vice versa.

Too long waiting time on the taxi out/home or the minibus, because it was together with a lot of other people that had to be picked up and thrown off along the way. Breakfast was low even burgers but edible. The Makadi waterworld itself was nice but they did not show us coming because they had not been notified, so it also took time to get us approved but we came in at last.
