In my opinion, this felt like a complete scam and one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I have ever had.
The first major red flag was the way they demanded payment. Around 23:02 at night, I received a WhatsApp message saying that “payment must be confirmed now.” They immediately sent me a payment link and insisted that I complete the payment right away. They even asked me to send a screenshot as proof of payment.
This felt extremely pushy and uncomfortable. It did not feel like professional customer service — it felt like pressure.
The next morning at 6:00 AM, I clearly replied that I would pay the additional £15 in cash. That should have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, they continued acting as if online payment was mandatory and said that without confirmed payment, we would not be able to go on the trip.
On the day of pickup, we were told to be ready at 10:00 AM at the main hotel gate. We were there on time, exactly as instructed. 10:00 AM passed. No driver. No message. No explanation.
Nearly an hour later, they suddenly sent a photo — but it was of a different gate on the other side of our hotel. There had been no proper clarification beforehand. As soon as we received the photo, we immediately ran there. It took us about 3 minutes to reach that gate.
When we arrived, there was absolutely no one there. No driver. No vehicle. No representative. Nothing.
We kept messaging and calling, asking where they were and whether they were still coming. There was no clear response, no apology, and no attempt to fix the situation. After wasting our entire morning and ruining our plans, they refused to refund our money.
In my opinion, demanding late-night payment confirmation, asking for screenshots as proof, failing to show up, ignoring messages, and refusing a refund shows extremely poor service and very questionable behavior. I strongly advise others to be very careful before booking.

If it would be 0, we would rate like this! We have confirmed a meeting point one day in advance, and after arriving to the agreed place nobody showed up for 1 h. After we called, they asked to call another person. This person asked for our location picture and reacted "thumbs up". After 30 mins of waiting still nobody met us, and after calling again, we were asked to come to another beach, which is 30 mins drive away! Absolutely disappointing and not recommended.
