    Extremely unsafe experience. Cash went missing on the boat and the crew refused to help us call the police. My pregnant wife and I joined this tour, and during the trip, approximately SAR 2,500 in cash, nearly USD 700, went missing from my wife’s bag while our belongings were left on the boat. I discovered the loss before the boat had even docked and immediately reported it to the crew. However, instead of assisting us, the crew refused to help us call the police and told us to contact the police by ourselves. This was shocking and unacceptable, especially because the incident happened on their boat while we were still under their responsibility. My pregnant wife had to wait under the strong sun and call the police by ourselves. After the police arrived, some crew members had to be called back, and instead of taking responsibility or helping properly, they blamed us for not taking care of our own money. Another very disturbing point is that photos of crew members on my camera were deleted without my permission. I later recovered those deleted photos from my camera storage. Dirty and un air conditioned auto both directions even after complaining that we had to take over 50 Minutes to arrive as we had to ride with other people not part of our Trip but other people To A hotel Not.     The only dolphin we saw was just a little ways from the boat. You don't swim or interact with them. It was really cold...wear a sweatshirt! The water was pretty cold too but absolutely beautiful! The crew and the food were AMAZING! We still had a lot of fun.

    Swim with dolphins

    It was a nice experience! Nice swim stops. Food on the boat was lovely and they had a quite huge selection. Our booking had a lunch and soft drinks included, which we were told we have to pay for. We got barely 100ml of coke with our lunch. Staff were somewhat nice also, but they let young member of staff/family drive the boat, which almost resulted in ugly accident when they nearly “run over” a swimmer. After that they removed him from the rudder. Thanks god for that. Another thing, the dolphin house was full of boats and everyone was chasing dolphins around. It was quite sad to see that they have no respect towards marine life. There was also an hour delay, where we have waited on the boat at the marina and instead of 8h on the boat we got about 5.5-6h. Otherwise nice experience.

    An amazing time out on the Red Sea with Ibrahim and his crew. They made sure we saw Dolphins, and we got to snorkel at 2 different spots with a third free swim time. Lunch was delicious and filling, and the drinks on board were always available. We had a fantastic time exploring the reef and felt safe the entire time!

    Dolphins may or may not appear, we were blessed to see lots and even a shark. We had no games or banana and the trip lasted less than indicated. But I recommend it 100%.     Booking through TripAdvisor gave a technical problem, but through the chat we were 200% helped with our booking. The day itself was very pleasant!
