was told pick up was at 12am and was told to wait at the main gate next to the road with an 8 year old as well. to be waiting for 45 mins for the driver to turn up and was told the driver is on the way and is picking up other passengers. i paid for 6 people 1 person did not go as they could not wait any longer for the driver. when the driver arrived 45 mins late he the bus was empty so he wasn't picking up other passengers and we did not even need to wait at the main gate and the drive of our first bus ended up going to our hotel reception anyway. so after getting picked up late we was then taken to another bigger coach which we was not informed about and by this point as it was nearly 2am my son had fallen asleep so i had to wake him up to get on a different coach this was OK as it was a comfy coach apart from not being told we would be changing this issues was OK. Then to get on the coach and was asked for the government fee and pick up fee which we did know about but at 2 in the morning had forgotten we asked what it was for we was not told what it was for the guide just say you have 5 people you need to pay 120 euro and he would not tell us what it was for or it came across to us that he did not know what it was for, we did end up paying the 120 euro as we did eventually remember what it was for and the price was wrong as well as that price was for 6 people and we only had 5 people but he gave us not time to sort out my son and things while demanding this money, Once i sorted my son and things out that was when i remember what the money was for so i gave him the 120 euro after telling him we only had 5 people and he was charging us for 6. Then after we made our first rest stop unfortunately my son started to be sick i do be it was travel sickness thanks to the Egyptian road this could not have been help. so i did have an stressful and awful drive to Cairo i am thankful to some passenger on the coach who gave me some bags so my son could use them as a sick bag. The on board toilet apparently did not work until we got to our second rest stop which. By time we arrived at the museum before everyone started to get off the coach the guide came up to me and said i had 2 minutes to get off the coach so i needed to get top on my son this i did not appreciate as my son was crying and very unhappy with what had been happening to him all night we was supposed to have 3 hours at the museum but only had 1 hour and half thanks to the late pick up. I had booked for 6 people one person couldn't come due to back problems so when we arrived at the museum after being rushed off the coach before this point i had told the guide that me, my son and my dad had made the decision to end our trip early for few reasons the main my son being sick all night and he needed to get back to the hotel and rest and he would not have enjoyed to trip and we would have slowed everyone down, the second i had no sleep and i needed to shower. the third i did not want to ruin the trip any further for others. So after telling the guide that i will be taking my son to the toilet to clean him up and then returning to collect my things off the coach and we will make our own way to the airport to go back to our hotel i was then told to go to the cafe and just sit there my son will feel better soon and that the coach has already gone to the car park and was not coming back until we need to go. the guide had no concern that my child had been sick all night i understand it was his job to make other passenger happy with their tour as well but i was basically told to go sit in the cafe and wait for him to be ready i had asked him to give me the address to where to coach was so we can get a taxi there to get my belonging. He then said to me how am i going to get a taxi. After an hour of waiting for everyone else to go into the museum he then came to me and told me to follow him while he phoned the coach driver that we was coming to collect our belongings. His coworker then came with us to get a taxi to the coach to get our belongings then we got remained in the taxi to the airport the guide and his coworker was more concerned about me putting in writing that i left of my own accord. It was like he did not care or give a dame about my situation with my son he was more concerned about covering his own back side. I did not plan on my son getting travel sick as he has never had it before and if he had been travel sick on other trips we had gone on i never would have booked this trip in the first place All in all i was not happy with the late pick up being told to wait on the next to the main road with a child which in the end was not necessary and for the way i was treated by the guide and his coworker.
