Pick up and drop off were very smooth, the car was very clean inside and a safe driver. The Hammam and massage were lovely and I felt very relaxed after this experience. Great value for money and very friendly staff. They have small lockers for valuables behind the desk and hair dryers in the changing rooms. Towels are provided and the place felt very clean.

Honestly i didn't expect it to be that great i was really skeptical but turned out great. The hotel pickup was right on time and went smoothly. We arrived at a location which seems little shady from the outside but onces you go through the reception everything is great. We are a Muslim couple so my wife was concerned about privacy but turned out they had two completely separate Studios one with mix and one only for the women. I took some of the pictures for the Studio which might be helpful for someone booking. Staff was super duper nice and asked every 5 minutes if we have any wish. They put real effort into hammam and massage. No corner cutting you get exact time whta is mentioned in ur package. A lady yook care of my pregnant wife and they didn't allow her to go to sauna and took real care during hammam and massage for her pregnancy. Loved it. we were dropped off to our hotel in a private shuttle at the end. No waiting nothing it was extremely good for this price. Just one thing they ask for 5 dollar/euro per person Govt fee which is not mentioned but it is standard practice in all spas in the area.

Wer keine Ansprüche hat, macht hier nichts falsch. Für den Preis kann man nicht wirklich was erwarten, das sollte klar sein. Der Transfer war problemlos, wenn auch nicht gerade freundlich.
Dort angekommen geht alles recht schnell und es wirkt nicht wirklich so, als wäre man willkommen. Die Schließfächer funktionieren nicht und man muss hoffen, dass die Wertsachen danach noch da sind.
Die einzelnen Spa Bereiche sind leider hygienisch gesehen nicht überzeugend.
Auch in den Duschen ist alles voller Schimmel und Teile sind kaputt.
Das Hamamm war ok, ich hatte jedoch schon deutlich bessere erlebt. Genau das selbe bei der Massage.
Was etwas befremdlich ist, dass man sich den Bereich mit anderen Gästen teilt. So waren wir bspw. mit einem Mann im Dampfbad, ich als Frau empfand dies als sehr störend/unangebracht.
Dennoch wurde uns zweimal Trinken angeboten und wie gesagt für den Preis darf man so viel eigentlich nicht meckern, wir waren immerhin drei volle Stunden unterwegs. Es sind nunmal andere Kulturen.

Nicht wundern die Hinfahrt circa 15 min durch Hurghada. Das Studio ist in einer Nebenstraße. Die Abholung hat gut geklappt. Das Hammam und die Massage sind wirklich toll. Allerdings ist es ziemlich laut. Wirklich relaxen geht nur beim Massieren.

L’expérience est très agréable. Le massage est incroyable! La masseuse s’adapte vraiment à nos besoins, insiste la où nous avons des noeuds! Des pieds à la tête, c’était vraiment super.
Le peeling et le massage à la mousse vraiment bien, rend la peau douce.
Le seul bémol : dans les parties « communes » en temps libre (sauna, hammam et jacuzzi) nous sommes un bon groupe donc il y a un peu de bruit. Un peu moins relaxant.
Je recommande. Après une semaine à visiter l’Égypte, il n’y a rien de mieux
