Meet up location was easy to get to from our hotel. Got a quick cup of coffee before our journey to Da Nang. Our driver met us on time and it was a short walk to get to the car parked a bit aways. Our driver spoke mainly Vietnamese (I am fluent in Vietnamese - so he mainly asked me to communicate with the rest of the car) - however, when he tried to communicate with everyone else it was a big confusion. He had already checked us in - but thought my husband wasn't a part of our group and I had to repeated explained to him that we were together. But there was a much needed bathroom break in the middle of the trip to stretch our legs. We did get dropped off randomly on the side of the road and had to get a Grab to get to our final destination. Again, I can see how this would be super confusing if you did not speak Vietnamese and could not communicate with the driver. Trust me - I spoke fluently and was still confused.

The ride was comfortable and on time. I was provided an incorrect location on my ticket and there was no convenient whatsapp number provided to contact the company. I was scrambling to make it to meeting point after getting in touch with the company and made it only in time to leave. The company made it clear they were not going to wait even 5 minutes for me to arrive.

The bus service was on time and value for money. As we were sitting all the way to the back, the AC was a little bit weak and the seats were tight for the 3 of us. Other than that, it was good. The driver also stopped us right at our hotel in Da Nang.
