We really enjoyed this experience which was organised and orchestrated brilliantly. Hoa was a great guide who was knowledgeable and approachable. Food at lunchtime was tasty and the sights were generally memorable. The only exceptions were the Dragon Boat ride (not a lot to see on the river) and the market visit which didn't really add much to the experience.

The citadel was amazing. Our guide gave us plenty of information about everything. The lunch stop was very enjoyable with a good selection of food which was delicious. Every detail taken care off.

The visits to the historical sites and friendly group made this a memoroable trip.. The guide was very knoweldgeable, being a local resident of the city, you could see his passion and he was fully invested. The transporation could have been a bit more modern, but it was not too bade. Overall an enjoyable trip !

Great guide, great sights, just too hot

Binh was a great guide. Picked us up from our hotel. Lovely dragonboat ride along the river. Good info at each stop. Lunch was tasty. It was just way too hot. We tapped out after lunch as our 5yo couldn’t take the walking around in the heat. Not the tour guide’s fault. Would recommend at 10°c cooler.

Strange tour

This was a strange tour experience. It was certainly small group with 7 people, but 4 of those people only spoke Vietnamese and it was not advertised as a multi language tour. I'm quiet so it was OK for me that the group didn't speak to each other but many people take group tours to bond with other people and would have been disappointed in my tour group. I also don't know what was deluxe about the tour. We rode in a crossover suv and only fit because there was a young boy on tour who sat on someone's lap. It was very unexpected. The tour went to nice places as advertised and I enjoyed what I saw, but it was unlike any tour I've experienced for the reasons above.

Great tour but no free time

This tour included all the sites I wanted to see in Hue. The tour guide was very nice and told a lot of stories about the history of Hue and significance of the sites. The booking office was easy to communicate with and helped arrange a transfer for us to the airport after the tour. However, I wished there was free time available at each site so we can take photos freely instead of as we are walking by something. I think we spent too much time for lunch and more time for people to soak their feet after lunch. Also we stopped by the incense store after lunch that was unnecessary.

Wir wurden morgens pünktlich vom Hotel mit einem sehr bequemen Van abgeholt. Der Fahrer hat uns sicher durch all den Verkehr gebracht. Der Ablauf der Tour war exakt wie beschrieben. Wir verbrachten einen interessanten und kurzweiligen Tag, der sich gar nicht nach 8 Std „Geschichtsstunde“ anfühlte. Yang, unser Guide, spricht sehr gutes Englisch und hat ein großes Wissen über die Geschichte der Nguyen- Dynastie und hat alle Fragen gut besntwortet. Das Mittagessen war sehr gut; wir wurden gleich morgens nach Unverträglichkeiten etc gefragt und es wurde gut beachtet.
