This trip with Oscar was an incredible experience into local tales, as well as exploring the stunning waterfall park itself. Oscar did a great job providing additional context and details to local folklore and culture. He was receptive to plenty of questions for those with curious minds. He was also helpful and encouraging when it came to traversing some of the more complicated sections of the trail. The food to conclude the excursion was simply outstanding.

Had my experience with Saul who was great. Knowledge and accommodating to mobility issues. One of us couldn't swim and he made sure to lead us know where we could swim and what areas to stay away from. The food included was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

Oscar picked us up at our hotel in his air-contioned van and on our way to the waterfalls he told us so much about the area, the culture and so much more. The waterfalls were Amazing and he took care of us like family. We had a wonderful lunch at a cafe on the way home with delicious Mexican dishes. We also did a boat cruise with Oscar on this trip! Took us snorkeling, fishing, saw turtles and went to all the Beautiful Bays & beaches. Went to a restaurant on the beach and they cooked the fish we caught for lunch! What a memorable experience. We wish we would have known about him sooner as he does coffee plantation & releasing turtles tours, along with city tours and transfers to/from Airport. We had the best experience on this tour. It turned out that we were just a party of 2 that signed by for this excursion. However, the tour operator Oscar Jimenez did not cancel our excursion. He waited for us is his super clean and well air conditioned van and gave us a private tour without cutting any corners with the included options in the tour. The took pictures of us, took us to secret spots and hidden caves under the falls, was with us throughout the coffee and mezcal tasting, etc. The lunch we had at the end of the tour was simply fantastic. It was cooked on wood in a very clean kitchen in a picnic spot. He had the best freshly made tortillas, chicken mole, the most tender tamarind pork and so many other dishes. They served us limitless lunch family style. Everyone was go good and Oscar was simply the best. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone with Oscar. And yes the waterfalls are simply magical. If you have done the Duns River Falls in Falmouth you will love this one as it different and so much fun. BTW - There is another tour operator by the name of Alfonso who also offers the same tour. Stay away from him. His only focus is to extract money any way he can. Not an honest person.

Wow! What a great Falls tour

Edgar Escobar of Lamby Tours was our guide and what a job he did. Edgar was outgoing, friendly and entertaining. His English is excellent. He has a great knowledge of the local area, both current and historical, as well as an understanding of numerous local herbal and traditional health treatments. As we made our way up the mountain towards the Falls Edgar kept us well informed about the villages that we passed through, how the people lived, the history of the area and what to expect at the next stop. There was one major stop on the way at a local vendors’ market where they did a good job of explaining numerous local products, including mexcal, honey, coffee and many other products. Samples were offered and product could be purchased. This was a very clean, well-run operation. Once at the Falls Edgar was constantly helping; telling about some small item, offering a helping hand, carrying something for a client. He didn’t just point to the Falls and say that you could swim in the ponds. He joined right in with us, taking us to little pools, showing us caves and places where we could get behind the Falls. Edgar had numerous good photo op locations where he would take the time to take great pictures of each couple and/or the entire group. The Falls themselves are beautiful and the water is a nice temperature for swimming in. The provided meal was excellent as well, unlimited chicken and pork, served Family Style. An overall great day. We highly recommend the Waterfall Experience with Lamby Tours and Edgar Escobar.

Carlos was an excellent guide. It ended up being just my family of four. He was very friendly and from area in mountains where waterfalls are located-he seemed to know lots of locals. We stopped at co-op and bought some items, went to very pretty waterfalls and went swimming then had lunch and went back to resort. We liked him and booked him again for turtle release and eco tour. Don't look any further , he is guy for Huatulco tours!
