Wonderful guide both driver (Saul) and guide at nature preserve (Rosa) were amazing. They gave us time to fully see the little ones reach the ocean and see mama turtles arrive on the beach.

Extremely disappointed — our tour guide never showed up, so we were unable to do the experience at all. We waited for over an hour in our hotel lobby and attempted multiple times to contact both the activity provider and Viator without success. This was very frustrating and a complete waste of our time. Based on this experience, I will not be booking through this site again.

Very enjoyable trip to release baby turtles. Sanctuary is doing a wonderful job. Our driver Leo was friendly and helpful.
The drive there took more time than suggested at one hour and 20 minutes rather than 45. But aside from that it was a good trip.
