I thought I had booked a private boat tour with a boat owner. Instead, this company just led us to the public line for boats and put us in the 30 minute wait line. I could have done that by myself - it didn’t help at all. We just waited along with everyone else to get on a boat. All the boat rides are just for your party so this company is really not offering anything. It was actually very awkward - they have a young boy waiting in line and they just keep adding customers into the line which understandably caused a lot of problems with everyone else in the line who had been waiting for a long time. False advertising!

We had a nice experience lightning a candle and placing our lanterns in the water. So many boats and so many colourful lanterns on the river. Took some nice photos too.

Pros: convenience. The communication was great. Our guide showed up in the rain. This tour would be perfect on a beautiful day. Cons: you’re paying for the convenience. You can purchase the tickets on your own - it would have cost less than half to just walk up to the ticket booth on our own in the same area …we decided to do this as a fast track but it turns out it wasn’t needed.
