Mr Barry excellent guide. We were picked up at our hostel. It’s cheaper than any other company or taxi or transfer. Only the way by motorbike. I would recommend it. We booked only the transfer to My Son and back and it was great enough.

Inexpensive and convenient way to see My Son

The title says it all. My only complaint is that we waited over twenty minutes for two people who never showed up. My suggestion to the tour company is to give 10 minutes grace for late people. Not fair to the other 10 people on the bus because we had 20 minutes less to spend in the My Son park complex. Otherwise, driver was good and drive very responsibly.

Pick up was as advertised, drop off was west of the Old Town (not as advertised) but it worked out for me because it was closer to my hostel. Agree with other reviews that you should go straight to Group BCD when you arrive to beat the tours. Service was good, bus departed on time (8am from Hoi An, 12pm from My Son) both ways.

Good option for travel to/ from My Son

Cost effective way to visit My Son, especially for a solo traveller. The van was comfortable. We departed on time from the meeting point a short walk from Hoi An old town. We arrived at My Son just after 9 am. We left at 12:05 once all travellers were back. We were dropped off at the other side of Hoi An old town just before 1 pm. I got the audio guide at My Son, which is actually an app you have to download onto your phone. My recommendation is to go straight to sites B,C,D. Sites H and K can be skipped and do the museum last so you are near the entrance at the end - there can be a long queue for the on-site shuttle bus so don’t leave your return to the entrance too late.

Visiting My Son is a must do experience during trip to Hoi An. It's a cheap option with pick up in the meeting point and drop off in the old city center. If you don't need a tour guide this option is for you. Absolutely reccomended.

Great option for exploring My Son Sanctuary and arriving a little earlier than the big tour groups. The driver arrived a little ahead of the departure time for both departures, and as all our passengers were there already, we could leave ahead of time. Smooth drive in a nice van. My tip would be to head straight to group BCD and group A when you arrive, and then explore the others; these are the most popular and this way you can enjoy them with only a few (or no) people around. If you walk leisurely and in order, you may end up in the main sites with plenty of tour groups and tens or hundreds of people. Also, the morning transfer means you could enjoy either 10am or 10.45am traditional performance

Comfortable shuttle to and from My Son. Not a van but an SUV as there were only 4 of us making the journey. Pick up was on time for both outward and return journey. Our driver was very polite and professional. The journey was smooth. As it did what it said and was very good value it is recommended, especially as My Son is a very interesting place to see. All in all 4 hours to visit (including the journey) is about the right time.

The driver picked us up at the hotel in time and brought us together with another couple in a minivan to my son. It was fast and convenient. We can recommend it for everyone who wants to have an affordable ride to my son but who wants to visit my son alone with no guide. We were happy to have no guide because my son was not too big so we had enough time and could freely decide where to go and how long to stay.

This tour was great value for money. For the price I expected to just be dropped off at the site, but our tour guide Jason gave us an overview during the van ride there and then toured us around the site giving more information. And lunch was included from a local restaurant! Hotel drop-off and pick-up also appreciated.

Tout était conforme à la description. Sur place, vous pouvez louer un système d'audioguide. Il n'y a pas de guide sur place, encore moins pour un groupe de quelques personnes. Le temps laissé pour visiter est suffisant. Seul point d'attention : la dépose lors du retour (plus proche du centre historique de Hoi An) n'est pas au lieu de départ. Nous avions déposé des vélos. Après échange avec le chauffeur, il a accepté d'aller au point de départ.
