Our fight was brought forward by a couple of hours the night before so we were concerned the transport to the airport would have to be cancelled. However they were able to accommodate for the time change which was extremely helpful to us and responded to me immediately when I messaged them at 11pm the night before.

My flight was late from Hanoi. Already I'd been bumped from the 3pm to the 4pm bus. I got into the airport at 4pm exactly and had to collect my bag. They waited for me instead of just figuring I'd take the next bus. What I'm saying is they cared about me. I really appreciated that. They get 10 stars as far as I'm concerned. Thank you again.
