Unfortunately, it was a torrential rain all day for our tour. Weather can't be predicted, but Bao, our guide rushed us past the few photo opportunities we did have to see a movie/slash ride and to the international buffet. Most of the other attractions were closed due to the rain. All we wanted was a few pictures of the little bit we could see. We felt rushed and didn't get hardly any photo opportunities. It feels like I paid $100 for a buffet and a cable car ride 🙄. Why were we rushed when there wasn't much to do because of rain? Also, he chattered away the entire 45 minutes from Hoi An to Ba Na Hills. Not necessary at 9 am in the morning. More annoying than entertaining. Not providing useful information or history...more like a comedy routine and singing audition 😐.

Fantastic day at Ba Na Hills with Paul at Simply Tour's. It was a fantastic full day with lots to see and do. Enjoyed the whole experience and Paul [our tour guide] went out of his way to ensure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. The actual theme park was excellent... highly recommended.

This was the cutest sweetest day at the Ba Na hills with this tour Great energetic tour guide and such a beautiful fun place- he knew exactly how to make us make the best of the place If you have kids they’ll go mad with joy here It was really a wonderful experience If you have a day you will thank yourself for going here

Paul was an awesome guide. The weather wasn't too great o quite foggy up the top, but we still had a great time. Such a surreal place. Would recommend but probably best in drier season.

Skip the tour and hire a private car.

This is a hard review to write seeing that the majority of the negatives were not a result of the tour "guide" himself. First, I would not recommend going to Ba Na Hills in the December/January timeframe per our guide. Our tour was no exception as it was a torrential downpour the entire time we were there in early January. Second, if you do not have children, you are much better off hiring a private car to take you to Ba Na Hills so that you can make your own schedule and spend more time at areas that you prefer. Make sure to arrive right as the park opens to beat most of the crowd. It got VERY busy making pictures difficult. Even though we had "free" time to explore on our own, we felt rushed..especially for reasons explained later in this review. The bridge and surrounding gardens were the only things of worth to see in our opinion. Sun World could be skipped altogether. The buffet lunch was mediocre at best. Coupled with a very inconsiderate group of people in our tour group being late at the various meeting points throughout the day resulting in less exploration time, the excursion was pretty miserable. Every couple in our group felt the same way.

Everyone in there Lifetime should visit Ba Na Hills an unforgettable experience.

Paul was an outstanding Tour Guide, our day was perfect. We were amazed at Ba Na Hills spectacular views so much to see, absolutely should be on any Visitors Tour, we have wonderful memories which we will cherish always. Thank you Viator our favourite sight to go for amazing tours.

Very nice trip. A bit crowded, but the guide helped us through the crowds. Fantastic views, but the amusement park was a bit confusing and need more time to explore.
