Chef was SO terrific and talented in what he does. The way that he opens up his home to you and makes you feel like a true VIP is something that has remained in our hearts. A must do if you're ever in Hobart! He provides copies of the recipes that had been tailored to our amazing morning with him. We felt so inspired that we even went home and bought the same sous vide machine that he had to replicate the delicious salmon!

The setting was a breath of fresh air, with windows overlooking the garden and beehives, and the scent of herbs wafting through the space, it felt like cooking in a dear friend’s home.
The small group meant a more hands-on approach and Chef, Peter took time with each of us, imparting his professional wisdom and encouragement. We learnt to transform humble ingredients into stunning and approachable meals and gained a treasure trove of tips and tricks.
Conveniently located near public transport, the venue made getting there a breeze. And after the meal? A short stroll led us to the beach, where we walked off our feast with the sound of waves and a serene horizon—an unforgettable way to end the day. Thank you, Peter.

Peter provided a wonderful culinary experience for all of us. The menu was varied, interesting and challenged our skills in different ways. We all love cooking and we each came away with some ideas. Peter was precise, well organised and entertaining. We also appreciated his attention to food safety.

It was a fabulous experience. Peter was so well prepared with our request for only Vegetarian dishes. He was so professional and taught us so much, sharing his expertise as a professional Chef with warmth and generosity. A birthday treat my partner loved. As for the lunch of our combined efforts it was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended! . An awesome experience !

Thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Peter for the cooking experience. He clearly loves his profession and passed on many tips and tricks during the class. Suitable for all levels. Four of us in class. We were then able to dine on what we had made.
An absolute bargain and one of the best classes I have taken for some time.
Highly recommend.
Easy to catch a bus out to Taroona.

I enjoyed this class because the atmosphere was very relaxing and I learned so much from Peter. He taught us so much in a few hours. I also enjoyed eating the food after. It felt so relaxing like having lunch with old friends. I am going home with new exiting knowledge, and the confidence to put it into practice. I would definitely recommend this class.

Pete did a super great job. He adjusted the slant of the class to my interests and needs. He’s the “real deal” as far as pro cooking. Has cooked for The Queen and Heads of State.
I was the only person in the class that day. Nobody else signed up. Pete still held the class for me… which likely is not the most profitable thing for him but is indicative of a high degree of integrity.
I know little of cooking. The gap between our levels of expertise was laughably huge. It was interesting hanging out in the kitchen and on the deck. We talked of many topics: Tasmania; economics; history; immigration; social; travel; tourism and touring; wildlife.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Being able to participate in making a 5 star worthy meal was spectacular. Chef Peter is a worldly chef and it shows in his expertise and the way the whole meal came together. My favorite was the salmon, it melted in your mouth and the flavors blended together perfectly. The desserts were the best I’ve ever had…..and we helped make them. Not only was the cooking class great but I love how he sent us home with recipes and a wrapped package of the biscotti that we made. I highly recommend this class!!!
