Confusion at dock when ship didn't match photos provided by vendor. Had to visit 5 boats before we confirmed which one was correct. Staff had difficulty finding our reservation. Never found the English speaking tour guide that website listed. Food was ok, cruise seemed short, about an hour away from dock. Experience did not match websites claims. Discount codes from vendor provided by email would not work. Overall disappointed with discrepancies but family enjoyed the evening.

As information we got from our tour guide report, you were appointed at 6:00 PM as suggested by your Vietnamese Partner but you came earlier than 40 minutes. That was why you could not see him. And when he met your group, you all were Vietnamese. That was why he spoke mainly Vietnamese whether he is English Expert. We will take this as lession and do request to our all tour guide will speak mainly English in the future for other groups. Regarding the promotion code, we did not provide it as you mentioned. I enjoyed this trip although there were a couple of negatives. The food was not as good as on a specialist food trip by bike and also I was charged for bottled water despite the booking stating that was included. But you get great views of the city and Luc was friendly and punctual in getting me from my hotel to the harbour and back.
