Worked as it should. Arrived late at night so this express customs is not necessary for late arrivals.

I would never recommend anyone to do this service. They make u pay for the service and when u get to the airport, nobody shows up for fast track and they tell u that you only paid for transport from the airport. This non fast track thing makes u wait for atleast 2 hours on the queue. And when u get to the transport, u are made to pay an extra $10 so in total u pay $40 for transport only when in fact the journey is $5.

Driver was great. Arrived early. Add is very misleading if you are waiting fast track service with airport transfer. Take a Grab to airport and then get fast track separately. It will be much cheaper. Operator not helpful with making a correction, thus the poor rating.

Flight was delayed so they cancelled our pickup, they had all the arrival flight information. Not a good service. 1am at airport after 23hrs travel, no fast track no pickup, welcome to Vietnam, would not recommend.

Regarding your booking, we would like to clarify that our team made several attempts to contact you in advance via WhatsApp, email, and Viator messages once we were informed of the flight delay, in order to confirm the updated arrival time and coordinate the fast-track and pickup service accordingly. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, which made it impossible for us to proceed with the service as scheduled.
That said, we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been, especially arriving at 1:00 AM after 23 hours of travel, and we sincerely regret the stress it caused you.

We went pretty quickly through Immigration. The girl we met at the fox sign sent us with this other guy who completed ignored us since he didn’t speak much English.
Once we walked outside our driver was no where to be found so I called him and once he answered he said he was sleeping was not going to pick us up.
I then called the person from the agency and she called another driver who showed up within 10 minutes.
So in summary the service was completed but not in the best way possible.
I would recommend this service to a friend but with a different agency.
Stay away from the fox!

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during your airport arrival. This was certainly not the smooth first impression we always strive to provide.
After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to clarify what happened on that day. Due to several international flights landing at the same time, the immigration area was unusually crowded, which caused longer waiting times and congestion both inside the terminal and at the pickup area outside.
Additionally, airport regulations require drivers to wait in the designated parking area and only approach the pickup point once guests have exited the terminal. Because of the heavy crowd and limited English communication from the coordinating staff at that moment, this unfortunately led to a misunderstanding — which made it seem as though the driver was unavailable, when in fact he was waiting in the assigned area.
That said, we fully acknowledge that the communication was not clear enough, and for that we truly apologize. We are grateful that our team was able to arrange an alternative driver quickly so you could continue your journey with minimal delay.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we are already working on improving coordination, English communication, and clearer handover procedures to prevent similar situations in the future.
Thank you again for your understanding, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience should you visit Vietnam again.

All I can say is worth every penny in Ho Chi Minh City. The arrivals queue was massive and we heard people were waiting 3 hours to pass through security. After 15 hours of travelling that is really not what you want!!! Instead 15 minutes though passport control, to baggage claim and out to our waiting car!!! Stress free and easy!!

Loved the immigration portion as our flight time had huge queues. The taxi portion was less than smooth. Don’t include the transfer as you’ll just be waiting in a queue anyway with everyone else.

This was a great idea it was just that the pick up/collection details were a bit lacking. The lady collected us and led us to customs and we turned around and she was gone. I thought as part of this experience they would pick you up from the plane, take you through customs, take you to the bags then to the vehicle. However we had to find our own way to the bags then to the vehicle. We got a bit lost cause we didn't know where to meet them as there were no instructions other than a car licence number. We ended up talking and messaging them and got instructions to meet at pillar 11. I think it would have been super helpful to get this upfront. The driver was great but the miscommunication and lack of information really put it down. I probably wouldn't purchase again. I've given 3 stars cause the driver was great and the lady was waiting after our plane landed.

Le chauffeur est arrivé plus de 30 minutes en retard. Plutôt que de venir nous chercher en voiture, il est venu à pied. Nous avons du traverser le stationnement complet a pied en tirant nos valises. De plus, le chauffeur ne savait plus où était sa voiture, donc nous avons traversé le stationnement plusieurs fois avant de trouver sa voiture.
