Our guide was called Emek and we had a great tour. Emek was very informative and we learnt so much about Helsinki and Finland. We went to places that are not the normal places you would go to as a tourist. The tour was so different but we absolutely loved it. We loved that we got to go to Helsinki Central Library. We walked and we used the tram. Emek purchased a 24hr travel card for each of us. If you are visiting Helsinki for a few days I highly recommend doing this tour you will not be disappointed.

Emek was engaging and the tour was different to what we usually do, hop-on-off. Helsinki was very easy to get around and definitely should do this tour on day 1. Mother Nature was great too and our day was clear and "sunny".

The city tour by tram with Emek was a great way to cover a lot of ground, traveling like a local, while learning about Helsinki’s history, politics and culture. Emek’s knowledge and insights left me with a much better understanding of what makes Helsinki a special and unique place among European capitals and really endeared me to the city.

Emek was our tour guide, and a fountain of knowledge but not in your normal tour guide manner. We talked politics, history, environment, ethics; all of which allowed us to see the other side of the glass; through Finish eyes. As luck would have it we arrived in Helsinki during a thunder snow storm. As a consequence the renowned efficient tram system wasn’t. Much to the chagrin of Emek we were forced to walk some of the way; however, this was no disadvantage as we had more time to talk, listen and learn about wonderful Helsinki. Emek’s disarming intelligence drew us in to a deeper understanding of the culture of Finland. If you want to see a little glimpse of Helsinki then join this tour.

This was the perfect tour to start our stay in Helsinki; Emek led us through the city and told us so much about Finnish history, architecture and society with a light, entertaining touch. Unlike classical tourist tours, this was a truly interesting, friendly, interactive talk. Emek even answered all my (many) questions about moving to Finland! And after that, you can continue exploring Helsinki with your 24-hours valid ticket. Would recommend this tour to anyone, especially to those bored of usual guided tours. . Thank you Emek!

Una excursión anodina...sin visitar la Esplanade, tampoco la catedral ortodoxa , tampoco la catedral luterana , ni ningún punto importante. Incluye unas cuatro caminatas por barrios diversos, la biblioteca Oodi y la plaza frente a la Asamblea legislativa....Es cierto que el guía fue muy simpático.. pero no compensa el altísimo costo del tour.
