Our well trained Chauffer will meet you at the arrivals gate at Airport and with the name in hand to make it convenient for our clients. On meet up! Client will be offered a water bottle complimentary. He will carry the luggage to our Premium cab and drive to the desired destination. During travelling, Chauffer will give small introduction to the new city and tell about the famous places. Customers will have access to internet during journey. We offer one hour complimentary waiting time after the flight or ferry arrive. 25 minutes at the Hotels or residential Pickups.

Driver arrived to pick us up early, which worked out very well for us. We were happy. He drove a shuttle van so he was able to accommodate our 3 suitcases and 3 check in bags with no problem.

Driver was very nice, but...

Driver was very nice, but I booked this under the impression that it would have been a shuttle van. Instead it was a private small suv. It was unable to hold the 3 suitcases & 3 carry-on cases. Driver put the carry on cases in the front passenger seat and 3 of us had to sit in the back seat. Very crammed to drive a little over 30 minutes to the hotel. Probably would have been better if he let me sit in the passenger seat and the carry on bags could have rested in between 2 passengers in the back seat. Not sure if he did this purposely in order to not have me sit in the front seat or if he just didn’t think it through. Situation wouldn’t have been an issue though if we would have received a shuttle van.

We understand that being stuck in a small space with your luggage made the 30-minute ride difficult. Upon reviewing your reservation, we confirmed that the private small SUV category was booked. This standard vehicle is typically suitable for 3 passengers and 2-3 pieces of standard luggage. For future transfers with 3 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage (3 suitcases and 3 carry-ons), we highly recommend selecting the Shuttle Van or Minivan option during booking. These vehicles offer the necessary space for a comfortable experience. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the seating arrangement and will coach our drivers to better handle luggage optimization in the future. We hope to welcome you back soon in a more suitable vehicle!

The vehicle choice we paid for didn’t arrive (booked a van, a large sedan collected us). We had a lot of luggage so the driver had to stack it on the front passenger seat. We also had requested a baby seat which, while provided, wasn’t installed and the driver quite literally threw it onto the backseat. It was cold and the driver was clearly more interested in getting back into the car. On the plus side, driver was friendly and communicated well prior to us landing and he was on time, waiting for us (though he didn’t have a sign so if we didn’t have a working telephone, it would have been difficult to find him - though this wasn’t an issue for us).

Unfortunately our driver was 30 minutes late. This trip was described as the driver sharing information about Helsinki during the ride along with free wi-fi and bottled water. None of this occured. Complete silence from the driver to the point that we thought we were a nuisance during the entire trip
