This was an excellent tour that showed many great sites around Helsinki and provided lots of historical knowledge!

Friendly, well informed guide. We saw historic & pertinent sites that emphasized the history & gov structure of Finland. We visited libraries & shared spaces. We walked throughout the city. Beautiful tour & very informative as to Finnish socialization

The highlight of this tour was learning about the Finnish way of life and culture rather than just breezing through the major sights. We saw and learnt heaps.

Zana Balikci's city tour of Helsinki is a trip not to be missed. Not only did he focus on the history of the various buildings and their architectural influence, he even took us inside 3 libraries: Helsingin Yliopisto, Oodi Library and Academic bookshop. If you're a book lover, these places are "treasure coves" which shouldn't be missed, and Zana's knowledge of these places is laudable. Besides, he even recommended the "must-try" food items at Kaartinkaupunki. A value for money tour with a great guide.

Knowledgeable guide, covers a good span of topics of life in Finland. Good explanation and exposure to the Finnish way of life. Took us inside many public spaces, including libraries and community centers. Willing to answer any questions and Dana was a very pleasant guide.

Excellent way to learn about the Finnish culture, traditions and experience the architecture of the city. Our guide Zana was friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed us a fascinating side of Helsinki we wouldn’t have seen by ourselves.

Helsinki Dreamdays Tour company took on my order request at less than 24 hours. They are prompt and reliable. Zana, our guide was fabulous. He got In touch with me prior to the activity and replied promptly. He didn't cancel on us despite the weather being unpredictable and snowing heavily. Zana was punctual, helpful and knowledgeable. He took great care of the details and explained the history of the places to us. He went further and explained on the architectural aspects of the buildings. He's always on a lookout for our safety. Would highly recommend Zana to be your guide. Appreciate his effort very much.

Could not ask for a better way to acquaint yourself to the history, culture, architecture, and layout of the city of Helsinki. Our guide, Zana, was very engaging and ever patient with my persistent questions. This tour and others offered by Helsinki Daydream Tours are well worth your time.

Nice walking tour of city center area in Helsinki. Great weather, small group size (just three and upper limit for this tour is six, so should always be small group) so was able to have individual interaction with guide and other members of tour, friendly guide.

Zana is a very personable engaging young man. As a foreign student doing his graduate degree at Helsinki University he has a newcomer’s fresh perspective on the city. He showed us around the major sites and oriented us to the city. There were only 3 of us ( maximum of 6 people) so it was really nice to have a small tour
