My husband and I were so glad we took the Hallstatt day trip while visiting Salzburg. Our trip would not have been complete without it. We were able to see all the beautiful sites without the pressure of driving ourselves or worrying about the lack of parking. Our driver, Kamal, was fantastic! He provided great insight and knew all the best places to stop. He took great pictures of us and stopped at two additional little towns that were beautiful along the Wolfgangsee where we took a gondola up to the top of the mountain for more amazing views! So worth the money for top quality service. You will not regret choosing this adventure with Kamal as your guide!

We had a fantastic experience! The ride itself was great, but what really made the trip special was our driver, Kamal. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by taking us on a couple of extra side trips to some lovely local villages we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful day and we would love to book with Kamal again. Highly recommended!

I did this tour with my family of 4, including two adult children (18 and 19 years old) - it was a great way of visiting Hallstatt and two other lakeside villages (we visited St Wolfgang and St Gilgen which were equally as interesting as Hallstatt for different reasons) from Salzburg.
Our tour guide, Kamal, was extremely friendly, reliable and flexible and made our day really relaxing and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this.

It is a very well organised private trip for a small group. Kamal was such a wonderful, well knowledgeable driver. They dropped us to the right spots, told us what to do, drove safely and gave us all the information on the tourist spots we were visiting. They were also kind and I had a truly wonderful time. Kamal was a great driver who was also able to provide some history and recommendations about the places we visited. He was very accommodating when we wanted to spend some more time in certain places and less time in others due to the weather. It was a fun day trip!

Kamal picked us up from our hotel and at the end of our day, dropped us off at the train station. It was extremely convenient that he was able to keep our bulky luggage in his trunk the whole time as we had already checked out of our hotel.
We got to relax in a spacious, comfortable car and really enjoy the ride.It was a refreshing change of pace from the fast-paced tours we’d been on.
Kamal was incredibly thoughtful, even packing little goodie bags for each of us with water, juice, and a snack.
He made a great stop in St. Gilgen/Wolfgang, and he even suggested a visit to the Red Bull Hangar, which was a fun bonus!
If I ever get the chance to come back with a different group, I’ll definitely reach out to Kamal again. Thanks, Kamal, for a truly memorable day!

I booked this private Hallstatt Tour and went with 3 friends. We had an amazing time. Hallstatt, St Gilgen and St Wolfgang were beautiful, must see. As for the tour package, few days before the trip, they confirmed pick up location with me and sent me the itinerary through WhatsApp. Mido was our driver, and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very easy to contact and responds promptly. During the day trip, he gave us tips as to what activities are available and where to go for the best pictures. Mido was very kind to even inform us where the free WCs are. My friends and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this tour! Very worth it.

Kamal was amazing. We had a rainy day and he went out of his way to keep us dry and park close by. He was responsive and kind. He even added a stop to the RedBull museum since it was such bad weather.

We had a fantastic experience with our tour guide, Kamal. He was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and shared a lot of useful information throughout the trip. It was clear he genuinely wanted us to enjoy the day as much as possible.
Since we only had four hours in Hallstatt, Kamal recommended a 50-minute lake cruise, which turned out to be a great choice. We decided to skip the salt mine and skywalk, and instead took our time strolling through the scenic, picturesque town without feeling rushed—it was exactly what we needed.
On the way back, we made short stops at St. Wolfgang and St. Gilgen, both charming towns we probably would have missed if we had rented a car instead of booking this tour.
Highly recommend this experience and especially Kamal as a guide!
