The tour was very comfortable. Stanley, our guide was very kind and very friendly and he made the whole experience enjoyable for all of us.

The Village and its abouts, is absolutely beautiful!!!!! The wheather was great…although, there were some missinformation. For example:
The tour says, clearly that there would be breakfast included and there wasn’t. You said tha would be provided conductor/guide and there wasn’t. The condo for told us that he was not a guide. Wouldn’t know anything that we would ask him.
Very disappointed!

Hello Elena, Thank you for your feedback, as I see from our communication your language barrier was a small issue and maybe you didn't read information about the tour that we had in the description. Actually, we didn't provide breakfast in the car like you want, we only have on this tour picnic on the lake around 12 pm. As you requested our driver took you to many places at 8am and bought you breakfast. Regarding guide service, we do not include in this trip, we have a local English-speaking driver and he explains a bit of history and local life during the driving time, in Hallstatt village you walk by yourself and spend time like you want. I am sorry about this confusion and misunderstanding we will make sure in the future that every our customer understands what they can expect from the Halsttat day trip.

Beautiful trip. Was not sure if it would be worth the long ride, but it definitely was. We had little time there and wish we had more. The views were breathtaking! Our driver was so nice and accommodating.

This trip is a must!! One thing that I personally appreciated, that not a lot of companies do is Nataly texting me few days before the trip to confirm details. This gives me peace of mind, because these trips are booked months in advance. From the point they picked us up from our hotel, they made sure everything was nice. Nataly, made these delicious Croissants for breakfast. Then they made sure you are comfortable all the way, by stopping when you need and offer you things on every stop. Once you get to your destination, I cant describe how beautiful Hallstatt is, you literally feel like you’re inside a postcard. Once there, they also make sure that you taste the hot wine muller which is very popular in winter and you are able to buy some souvenirs, (we bought some made of wood super cute for our kids that they love) I cant tell you enough how nice this trip is and how nice and special Nataly and Ruslan will make this trip for you!!!
