Tour experience was not the tour we booked

The experience was amazing but the tour we booked through Viator was totally different to the tour we received. We booked a private tour with jeep. We were provided with an SUV and there were 4 others on our tour on motorbikes. We did receive a small partial refund. We did enjoy the tour provided and the group we were with were very good fun. However, it was not the tour we booked. I would book directly next time.
