This was one of the best experiences of my life. The guide - Nam - was extremely kind, diligent and knowledgeable. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I chose to drive without an ez rider and felt safe and well taken care of. All you need to do is show up and they will take care of the rest (food, lodging and fun!) This company will take great care of you and offers an experience of a lifetime!

Never been scammed this way in my life. The so called “tour guides” are tied to the mafia police in town. The tour guides will call the fake police right in town to give you ticket for not having an “international drive license” highly suspicious activity. Hope for all future consumers that Viator removes this tour from their app.

But the problem that about you guys don’t have international license. We already talk with you before about that and you need to pay for police about that. In Vietnam, no one dares to wear police uniforms and ride police cars on the street if they are not police, because they will be imprisoned. We are a long-term business company and have many customers from many countries. We also discuss driver's license and police issues with them like you. Everything is ok. But without a doubt the best thing is all the people and experiences you live, in our case we were guided by Dan an amazing person, the first day we were a little more shy and he was always making us laugh and got us to start unifying the group. C'est sans aucun doute une expérience à faire au Vietnam. J'ai vraiment apprécié que nous soyons que mon copain et moi. Nous avons pu avancer à notre rythme sans avoir à suivre ou attendre plusieurs autres personnes. Il faut garder en tête que c'est une expérience où plusieurs jeunes veulent faire la fête, donc il y a toujours du monde qui boit dans les accomodations. J'ai moins aimé le deuxième hébergement parce que la salle de bain n'était pas isolée, donc plusieurs insectes à l'intérieur. De plus, la salle à manger se trouvait directement à côté des chambres, ce qui était super bruyant. Excepté ce détail, je n'ai rien de négatif à dire. Nous avions de super conducteurs qui étaient prudents et aimables. L'organisateur de l'activité est très efficace et communique rapidement. Nous avons eu le droit de nous reposer et de prendre une douche avant de reprendre le bus pour Hanoi. Je recommande fortement.
