My wife and I are in our early 60's and in great shape for our age, but the 14 miles was still a bit taxing. German stopped occasionally and waited for us to catch up, but early on I suggested he ride alongside my wife for a bit to give her some of his informative commentary, but he never did. Instead, he always rode ahead with the one other participant. Still, we were glad we went on the tour and we found German to be personable and informative, just not as attentive and responsive to my suggestion as I would have liked. On a more positive note, German kindly forwarded a bunch of pictures to us post tour.

Wow this was an awesome experience. German is the most gracious guide and so knowledgeable- we learned all about the history of Nosara. The ride can be challenging at times in the heat but German takes well timed breaks. Recommend arriving well hydrated and bring water. We had a great time.
