This transfer cancelled our transfer from MUR to Grand Baie while we were in flight to Mauritius meaning when we landed we had no transfer set up. Did not leave any explanation or reason, just canceled it and we had to book a cab for twice the cost.

Dear Calvin_H, We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your transfer was booked on the same day, and unfortunately we noticed the booking only a few hours later, at a time where all our vehicles were already fully booked. As soon as this was noticed, the booking was canceled and a full refund was issued immediately. Please note that airport taxi prices is fixed by authorities and are outside our control. To avoid availability issues and unexpected costs, we strongly recommend you book your airport transfers in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

I’d leave no stars if i could. We prepaid our private car service from the airport. They never showed. Ken’s taxi service(Mauritius) never responded to me. Viator tried to call them and couldn’t reach them either. I am in the process of waiting for a refund from Viator. It was awful after traveling for 31 hours.
