Reading other negative reviews on here I wasn't expecting much but it was a wonderful experience from start to finish- and we did go over/see fairy castles etc. Staff were extremely pleasant/helpful/knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend 👌

Please do not book here!
They cancel the tour at the last moment Saying that the weather is bad but the weather is perfect and they operate normally. Instead they sell these tickets to someone else with a higher price. This is really bad and such companies shouldn't exist. Please do yourself a favor of not booking here so that your holidays aren't ruined!

There are four different flight areas in the Cappadocia region. Weather conditions for each area are evaluated individually. Flights in one area may be canceled due to weather conditions elsewhere, and if canceled, the balloon flight will not be permitted. It cannot be sold to other passengers at a higher price. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They will claim that they have to cancel due to bad weather while all other companies operate only because they charge higher ticket prices and when they are overbooked they cancel last minute with lower price tickets. Then leave you stranded last minute and ignore all contact you try to make to reschedule.

They canceled our hot air ballon flight. I booked it long time ago, so I got it for a low price. Once we got in Cappadocia, I got a message that our balloon flight has been canceled due to weather condition. I found out that there was no canceled hot air balloon’s that day. It’s a scam. They did cancel it so they can sell to others guest to a higher price. That was so stressful. I have to rebook it directly to the hotel where we stay just to make sure it won’t cancel again but obviously it was expensive due to last minute booking. We went to Cappadocia to experience this tour but it was all messed up. Don’t trust this tour company. Even the local people in Cappadocia when I ask if there was really a problem about the weather that day, they said weather was good and there was no canceled hot air balloon tour that day. Be careful where you book.

The balloon itself was professionally operated. However, we only spent a short time above the fairy chimneys in the beginning then we were just on top of the fields. We were also far away from the other balloons in the area making the whole experience a bit lonely. I suppose that's the reason why our tour was much cheaper than the other ones.

My ticket for hot air balloons were cancelled at the last moment, there should be an alternative day for cancelled bookings. They are using it as a business trick to charge double or triple next day. Such a shame
Also this is not cappadocia valley it is 1 hour car journey from cappadocia. Not good at all.

Excellent experience! Easy to contact the organiser, they picked us up from the hotel at the exact time planned. Unique moments to attend the ballon was being inflated. The pilot was top, as she explained all safety procedures and curiosities during the flight. The entire crew was very professional! After the flight a glass of alcohol free Champaign was offered on an empty field on sunrise - the pics taken were wonderful! Highly recommended experience!

If you are looking for just a balloon ride then its okay otherwise location and view wise its not that good. We were the only one flying around that area. Those picturesque photos with several other balloons in the background is not possible with this one. They were also in hurry and started descending before the sun fully came out.

I have to say, I can only tell half of the story - A driver picked us up on time, and drove to the hot air balloon location as it was explained. Somehow, the last guests were picked up, the driver pulled over the car at the middle of nowhere for about 10-15 minutes without any explanation. Outside was still dark; we probably all wondered where we were and what was happening. I saw the driver and two to three other guys standing and talking beside the car.
