Guides were good-Ede. Red tour itinerary excellent. More geological than green tour which is more underground cities/christian resistance. Both very interesting. PLEASE advise your clients need passport for insurance purpose for balloon. I got random whatapp call from Murat. Thought could be phishing. Until he explained requirement. ALSO our balloon ride was cancelled due to morning shower. No refund. I understand, nobody controls weather.

I had an enjoyable experience on this tour. The balloon ride was exceptional and memorable as expected. Would have loved if they provided an actual breakfast instead of a bag filled with water, crisps and packaged cake. The price I paid compared with others who were on the exact same tour was very expensive. I would recommend purchasing the balloon ride on its own and the other day tour in Goreme separately. Gulsar the tour guide was very informative and lovely to communicate with. Overall enjoyed my time in Cappadoccia.

What an amazing day! One of the best life experiences ever! Stared the day with an amazing hot air balloon with captain Alireza. Then went on to tour the beautiful region (fairy chimneys, open air museum, etc) with our wonderful guide, Noor. She was amazing. So knowledgeable, patient and kind. We stopped at a pottery place as well. Bought a beautiful piece we will cherish forever as a memory from Cappadocia. Highly recommended!

A Great Choice For A Complete Package

If you have certain mobility issues like I do, the balloon ride is quite challenging, however, our pilot, his assistant and the crew were so supportive and helpful. It is a good thing our pilot was so kind to give us the ride back to the hotel because you can't expect any assistance or checking if you are okay from the driver who will pick you up. It is an amazing experience. This made the entire tour worth it. The tour after the balloon ride is also challenging if you have disability because it is a lot of walk and not an easy road to treck. The food is just so-so but passable. The tour guide initially seems not aware to her guests who have difficulty in mobility especially providing instructions on options on what to do in case one can't keep up with the group but she later has improved. As we didn't book a hotel and just flew in and out of Cappadocia, a taxi was recommended but the rates in Lira and EU is something you need to be aware of what is really the exchange rate if you didn't exchange money like we did. All in all, this is something I do recommend if you want a complete package.

Exciting flight

Murat Ali helped to arrange our balloon flight after our first flight was cancelled due to the weather. Our driver arrived on time and everything went smoothly. The pilot for the balloon ride was very good and took us safely very very close to fairy chimneys. Definitely a memory for life!! Great trip!!
