Long waiting at the airport have to wait for other guests. Driver didn't even know my hotels and l have tell the driver buy used my Google maps.

First of all, we would like to wholeheartedly share with you our sorrow for the mishap. As you will understand, we have over 400 hotels in Göreme. It may not be possible to know all the hotels, and it is quite easy to understand when you consider the fact that new ones are constantly being added.
We waited long in airport: If you buy a group shuttle you need to wait the other passengers, we do not wait the passengers of other planes, we focus only one plane and of course we need to wait until the last passengers arrive to exit. Sometimes it happens that some passengers having problem with suitcase and it can happen one day to you too.

This was our first taxi booking by Viator in Turkey. We are a middle aged couple and we landed in Kayseri airport in rain and cold and was walked to a van in the parking lot. To our dismay, we found the open van with five more passengers sitting and shivering in the cold. When we booked this van, we never knew that this was a group pick up. It was not mentioned in the booking. We waited another half hour in the cold till more passengers arrived and were seated and then driven to our respective hotels. The driver dropped us off in the beginning of a gutted alleyway and we were shocked when told that we have to carry our large suitcases and walk to the hotel which was some ways away. My husband walked and reached the hotel and a bellboy came running to help me. The hotel was furious with the taxi company that the taxi dropped us off at the back alleyway of the hotel which is very inconvenient for anyone to reach the hotel, when we should have been dropped at the front entrance of the hotel which was further away and could be reached by the taxi. Overall, a bad drive.

Moreover, this is stated in the title section of our transfer products, if it is a private transfer. In our group shuttle service, it is informed that there is a group shuttle in the content of the tour. You can contact us via Whatsapp to clarify the situation. They got me from point A to B which gives them at least 2 stars but they seem to be terribly organized. A friend who booked separately wasn't even included as a passenger and we had a full shuttle of passengers sitting in the van for over an hour while they figured out the dropoff route. The van was also overpacked with suitcases to the point where they were at risk of falling on the passengers in the backseat. For an 11:00pm pickup, I didnt get into the hotel until past 2am.

We didn’t realized it was shared transfer. We we off the plane and out in 10 min after the plane landed. Had to wait 45+ for the rest of the other two groups! Apparently, the last family took their time as they had a baby and even stopped for a smoke before getting into the van. Our return trip to the airport was way early so it was just us and it was great! Driver picked us up 5 min early from scheduled time and we didn’t have to wait for anyone.
Maybe the company should consider separating guests with carryons and guests with checked bags as the difference in wait time can be at least 45 min or more. And keep in mind the trip from Kayseri airport to Goreme was literally an hour drive.

As you mentioned it is a group of transfer and in our Viator description we even informed you about numbers of passengers in each bus. The passengers who do not have luggage they come out earlier then passengers who have luggage and actually it makes sound why you waited in bus for other passengers. As you mentioned we did not wait for any 2 groups, because we pick up only passengers of one flight, so we need to wait until the all passengers who booked head to van. Your review will help to other people who fly without luggage so whey will know that they have to wait the other passengers and they can better take a private of pick up. So that's why we need to thank you for your review. Have a wonderful vocation vithout troubles like you experienced with us in airport.

The service was great because I landed at 2:45am, the customer service hotline kept in touch with me to get the latest flight's information, the driver was waiting for me at the exit, then quickly and safely drove me to hotel.

In fact, our transfer that will meet your expectations is available in a private transfer class too. But you bought a group transfer. it is about 100 km away from airport until your hotel reception for only 7 euros. If you say that the service we offer does not cover your 7 euros, we are sorry, we will reassess the distances between seats of our vehicles!

The driver was waiting at the airport with a sign listing the names of the passengers to be picked up. We were taken to the shuttle where we waited for the others. They then dropped us off at the front of our hotel in Goreme.
