We had a collision on the jetski expedition whereby we were immediately threatened with $1500+ costs as per terms and conditions. The "discussion" re damages was very poorly handled by the head operator. In a crowded group of 30+ returned jetskiiers and another group forming we were offered an alternative to pay $500 upfront (eftpos machine very quickly whipped out). Whilst i acknowledge a collision occurred as per the operators (i was not on the expedition as it was just my sons) I was very poorly hoodwinked into paying $500 without any proper consultation and no documentation offered for protection of potential future liability. VERY unprofessionally handled as we were put on the spot in a crowded situation. They just wanted it to go away and get the $$ and i was not properly advised to consider the options. They took the money and ran - i paid the $500 as i didn't want to ruin an otherwise fun experience for my kids and knew they had me over a barrel with T&Cs. But their handling of the issue was shoddy, suspect and extremely unprofessional.

Check with the actual company before going. Our Viator time and location did not match up with the company doing the tour. Luckily we were early and out time was an hour later than the Viator app listed.

Booked a 1.5 hour jet ski trip for the two of us for $250 US.When the operator realized we only needed one jetski,he still charged us for two.
My girlfriend got sick on the initial ride out,so we had to return before the tour even started.They still charged us,no refunds.Tour had way too many people and way too many inexperienced drivers.
I find this lack of a refund very unfair.

Great for first timers. The guys have so much patience and they take safety very seriously. It was a little terrifying at first trying to control the jet ski, but once you get the hang of it, you will have so much fun!!!!

I rode over waves at full throttle very many times and experienced adrenaline rush like never before.
Appreciate the detailed safety instructions, jet ski operation guidance, brief training on waters closer to the shore, before we hit to the main event.
All the above gave me confidence to enjoy the experience and also gave me the experience that I was looking for.
I and my spouse rode solo and enjoyed our ride. We'd surely look forward to doing this again in future!

Charly was very kind and helpful as a guide, but there was a guy called Kim that who was very disrespectful and rude as a guide that made us the experience no much enjoyable…. No recommended …

Thanks for your review. We apologise for any miscommunication between your group and Kym during your safety briefing time. Customer safety is extremely important to us, unfortunately there was a bit of a language barrier and Kym was simply trying to help you complete your test before departing on tour. We do feel as though your one star review is a little harsh as you did have a pleasurable experience with our other staff and we also recall you leaving extremely happy after your tour, also receiving a free photo package before you left also.

Went with my dad on the 1hr tour. Was the best experience I’ve had thus far. We could go as fast as you can handle as long as you followed at a safe distance. The tour guides were pretty epic also.

First time for us and we both had such an incredible high. Loved all of it. Even when you are launched out of the water when you hit a wave or rough water and you hope you land okay. When you do it really gets the adrenaline flowing
