Experience the thrills of parasailing while on the Gold Coast of Australia. First, you’ll receive a short safety training before being outfitted with a harness. Then, soar high above the Gold Coast, up to 400 feet (122 meters) high, and take in aerial views of the coastline. This is available for solo travelers or with one or two partners.

- The operator reserves the right to change departure times or reschedule trips due to min numbers to run or maintenance requirements
- If the trip is cancelled, you will be offered a reschedule date
- Must be 8 or older and must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum combined weight is 65kg; maximum is 200kg
- Please arrive 30 mins prior to session time
- Passengers are required to sign waiver
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Wind and weather restrictions may apply which could result in rescheduling or cancellation due to safety precautions
- Departure point: Marina Mirage
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your activity for your induction so the boat can depart on time. Any booking within 48hrs of booking will incur a 60% fee of the original amount, no cancellations or refunds will be given within 48hrs for missed sessions which is at the discretion of the operator
- Valid Photo ID and credit/debit card used for payment are required upon checkin
- Passengers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

The crew was so informative and fun to be around. There were two children who were nervous to go up and they were quite patient with them. The children came back down and wanted to do it again. We had a great time, would highly recommend parasailing with this group.

it was a very windy day so we both had to request to come down as we didnt feel well from all the swaying.
not the best experience as we also had to forego our jet ski activity afterwards

With this company, we did two activities: tandem parasailing and a speedboat ride.
My wife, son, and daughter did the tandem parasailing. I’ll admit—I’m a bit of a chicken when it comes to these things, so I stayed back. The operation felt very safe and professional, which gave me complete confidence to let them go on their own. My family said the parasailing was absolutely extraordinary and enjoyed every single moment of it.
The second activity was the speedboat ride. Initially, I didn’t want to do it, but I joined in because my daughter was coming along. She’s a petite little girl, so we seated her safely in the middle, with my son and me on either side to keep her secure throughout the ride.
For all of us, the speedboat experience was fantastic—very well executed and incredibly fun. I was quite scared at the start, especially thinking about my daughter, but she absolutely loved it. The ride was a bit rough at times, but everything felt controlled and safe, and we enjoyed it immensely.
The entire experience was very well organised, systematic, and clearly safety-focused. The staff were polite, caring, and attentive, which made a big difference and put us at ease.
We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend this experience to other families. Hopefully, when my children are a bit older, we’ll come back again and let them enjoy it on their own.

We’d like to share our side of the situation so others have some context.
Our cancellation policy is listed on all of our platforms, it requires at least 48 hours notice to receive a refund. Unfortunately we were contacted a couple hours before your booking to cancel and our team explained that we’re unable to offer refunds with such short notice especially during our busiest time of year.
Our team did their best to help and offered to hold the booking for two passengers without charging a rescheduling fee. At the time we weren’t made aware that there were actually two separate bookings under different names totalling four passengers. Because this meant half of a boat had been reserved for your group we weren’t able to waive the rescheduling fee.
Our team tries to be flexible and understanding wherever possible, so it was disappointing that the interaction became unpleasant while we were trying to assist. Unfortunately, you could not provide a reasonable explanation for the cancellation.
We hope this helps explained why our policy exists, particularly during peak periods when availability is limited. If you’d like to talk things through further please feel free to reach out to us:

Shorts and t shirt - we went barefoot but shoes can be worn the staff were all friendly and helpful and the safety video was very helpful. We had a great time and it is wonderful to see up and down the entire coastline it is so peaceful up in the air but also exhilarating at the same time - I would highly recommend this for everyone from small children all the way to grandparents.

Parasailing was an absolutely thrilling and unforgettable experience. From the moment I was harnessed in, the excitement kicked in. As the boat sped up and I lifted into the sky, the view was breathtaking—endless ocean, fresh breeze, and a sense of total freedom. It felt like flying! The team was professional and made me feel completely safe and comfortable. The whole ride was smooth, and the landing was gentle. I’d highly recommend parasailing to anyone looking for a mix of adventure and serenity. It’s something I’d definitely do again. An incredible way to see the world from above!

So much fun. It’s a little daunting when first looking at all the equipment. But the staff were helpful and friendly and make you feel more then safe once you’ve started.
I brought my phone up, as long as it’s not an overly windy day, I had no issues. You do have to keep hold of it the entire time though if you’re not storing it at the lockers

Lots of fun! Chris (boat captain) and Corey ( crew) made our parasailing smooth and wonderful. Chris is one of the best! Much better control than my previous parasailing experience. We also did water touch, which was super fun!
