The cruise was for a special occasion was a excellent way to celebrate..The buffet lunch was beautiful and something for everyone.The staff was very friendly and polite a big thank you 🙏 to everyone.Next time in surface Paradise we will do this cruise again we loved it so much.

The cruise is great but Viator changed the date without informing us so we turned up on a day we had booked and confirmed and there was no places for our party of 7. Awful. Had to travel back on another occasion when Viator sent the correctly dated tickets through.

Great food was great experience overall. Unfortunately it rained and we were seated inside and did not like table in middle of room as opposed to window seat obviously result of having to cater for those otherwise outside but all else fantastic

Very nice lunch on a relaxed cruise on Gold Coast Canals and broadwater. Seafood (especially prawns) was lovely and all other food nice too. Captain and Crew were very friendly and responsive to any request.

Excellent captain and crew. Knowledge was great and entertaining. The food was 10/10 and drinks reasonably priced. Would like more option to pay cash for drinks, not just if you have the exact amount. Other than that, excellent!

We missed our original booking date but was changed without issue. Leave time for parking! The food was excellent and plenty to have multiple helpings. The staff (Bell and Skye) were really professional and we were onboarded quickly. I was worried we would be crammed in, but surprisingly there was room to move around comfortably. One suggestion, when the captain is explaining the river history, the music should be turned down as some of the stuff he was saying was really interesting - good sense of humour as well.

We really enjoyed this relaxing boat trip, the lunch was delicious and plenty of choice and availability. The staff were very polite and friendly. The commentary was minimal and not very clear, the microphone was quite muffled, would have been nice to be able to hear more clearly (we were close to the man) and have more information about the area and landmarks. Good value for money

The cruise was not as advertised as it did not go out to Broadwater and was very disappointing just cruising around in circles.

Hi Murray, We’re very sorry that your experience was impacted by the restricted access to the Broadwater. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control - water police had temporarily closed the area due to a Hollywood film production. We did explain this situation to you and to all guests onboard at the time.
While we were unable to enter the Broadwater, we did make sure to explore other beautiful parts of the canal system so the tour could still be enjoyed.

Lovely few hours on the water. Delicious and generous quantities of food on the buffet. Staff were friendly. A very pleasant exoerience. Parking takes time to find, building across street is convenient but expensive. Give yourself plenty of time before departure.

Ideal way to spend a couple of hours relaxing and sort of seeing different angles of Gold Coast. V surprised by the high quality of the food given the price point of the trip. Staff v pleasant. Flow moving to the top of the boat after lunch v nice. Only comment is the commentary itself is V Limited! I thought I’d be learning more facts. More history on the area.
