Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Driver was prompt despite our very early departure time. Driver was so nice and courteous. Very professional from start to finish
Fast transfer even though there was a trafic jam due to an accident .Nice talk with the driver who was describing wonderful places.
Instructions I received said to wait at the concierge desk after checking out. We were sitting in the lobby by the doors waiting since it was raining. A car pulled up outside, but the driver did not get out and sat there for about 10 minutes. I finally said maybe that is our driver. After going out and checking, it was our driver. The driver could see us sitting there, but apparently, he was too lazy to get out of the car and check if we were his pick up.
Went well, the driver was early, traffic was light so the trip was uneventful.

Our driver was at our pickup destination well before the scheduled time. He was polite, prompt, and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
Our driver arrived a few minutes early getting us from hotel to airport without a hitch. Thrilled our travel agent lined all of this up for us as it made our travels ouch easier!

I needed to take four people to the airport, so I booked a car for 4. When the car arrived, there was space only for two big suitcases, so we had to call another taxi to take the other two people with their bags.
I request a refund as I paid for transportation for four people, but the company has not to reply my messages.
Driver arrived on time and was able to accommodate our 4 Texas-sized bags!
Transport was on time and driver was very nice..But i didn't receive any confirmation with regards to pick up time 48hours or 24 hours before my departure date..I had to call the transport company myself and they took awhile to get back to me.
The driver was excellent but the policy to pick up a minimum of three hours before a flight departure to the U.S. needs to be rethought. We got there so early the check in desks were not even open for to check in. We had to sit with our luggage for an hr. to check in.
The same driver who picked us up at the airport on the 13th promptly picked us up for a safe, quick return to the airport. We'll definitely use Viator again.
I was so sad to have to leave Glasgow but so happy that the same driver from my arrival transfer came to get me. Can't say enough good things about this service and my driver!
Our driver was prompt and helpful with our luggage. He got us to the airport with plenty of time to figure out where we needed to be. Reserving our transportation to and from the airports was the smartest thing I did. It took the stress out of figuring out the public transit.
