Over priced for what you get. Felt rushed. 3 hours long so be prepared for lots of walking. Lovely castle though and biggest in the world so worth checking out of castles are your thing.

When I booked this tour, it was said to be 5-6hours duration. We were collected by shuttle, then 50mins drive to the castle. I was excited for the tour - but it was only for 3 hours!! Very disappointed in this. While in Malbork, this was my chance to get the full knowledge & experience of the castle while here... but it fell short! May I suggest your guides speak into a device that projects to our handheld devices? (Like Neuschwansteincastle have - so much better!) - so that we can hear you in the cavernous rooms with other louder voices. We all had to stand closer & closer to the guide to hear above some booming voices, then no chance for photos. There was a delay then, so we could take photos. Some areas were not told us as we walked past, that I had to ask about. I wished for the remaining 2 hours of the tour, or at least a refund for the unused portion..

This was an excellent tour of Malbork Castle. Our driver picked us up promptly at our hotel in Gdansk and drove us to the castle, about 45 minutes, providing interesting information about the area along the way. There was one other couple in the van. Once we arrived, our driver went in and got our tickets and then introduced us to our private guide. Since the other couple had chosen an audio tour, we had the guide completely to ourselves. She was extremely knowledgeable of the castle's history and walked us throughout the massive complex explaining what we were seeing in detail and answering all our questions. She was a delightful person. After the 2-hour tour, we were reunited with our driver and returned to our hotel. Overall, an outstanding experience!

The whole thing was memorable from the founding by the Teutonic Knights through its usage over the centuries and it's restoration from WWII and the Russians. I think the place was the highlight of our visit to Gdansk. Based on its construct dates and look the buildings are mostly Gothic. The scenery on the way down and back was interesting too.

Loved it, my sherpa was excellent, painted great history starting first half of Xll century, brutal Teutonic Order vs peasants of pagan old Prussia who refused Christianity and NATo, wonderful red brick castle, biggest in the World as per UNESCo, bigger even than Carcassone Castle. I will refer this to all my friends"😊

Our guide was excellent and gave us great information.
The driver to Malborg Castle was also very helpful, pointing out interesting facts along the way.
I thourally enjoyed all of the tour.

I considered taking the train from Gdansk to Malbork and seeing it myself, but I'm so glad I didn't. The driver was a fun and charismatic guy who knew so much about Gdansk and everything on the way to Malbork, and our tour guide was even more so. Every single room in the castle has a history, and she gladly told us all about it. This was the perfect tour.

This tour with pick up and personal small group tour was ideal. The tour was about three hours and our guide was really knowledgeable.

They canceled my booking although they charged me. I'm still stressing out for the refund. I definitely don't recommend. I had to buy my ticket with an audio guide directly from the museum for a tiny fragment of their price and was excellent.

Nok det mest imponerende og smukke slot jwg nogensinde har set. Vi brugte audioguide hvilket stærkt kan anbefales. Endte med at bruge 5,5 time på slottet og vi spiste også på slotsresturenten.
