Very nice boatride. Good service and the straff Dani and Erik was very nice. We saw dolphins, that was exciting.
The trip we booked was sold to include hotel pickup and banana boat ride neither of which were actually delivered- rip off!

Miguel und Eric haben ihr Bestes gegeben! Mit Witz und Charm. Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Essen und Getränke waren lecker. Wir haben sogar Delphine gesehen, was beim ersten Mal, vor 6 Jahren nicht der Fall war (da haben wir aber Wale gesehen).

Superbe tour en catamaran, j'ai vu des tas de dauphins et une baleine. Malheureusement après ça le mal de mer c'est fait sentir je n'ai pas pu profiter du repas qui avait l air tres bon.. mais sinon le paysage et voir quelques petit poissons en snorkling était top. Mon conseil ne buver pas trop ni trop manger avant le départ l'eau à éviter, car si vous affronter des grandes vagues c'est un cauchemar ensuite.

Schiff, Service, Verpflegung und Guide waren O.K.
Das war es dann aber auch. Die Tourbeschreibung verspricht „Setzen Sie mit … stilvoll die Segel und …“. Auch die Bilder lassen segeln erwarten. Genau das haben wir gesucht und bebucht. Auch der Guide sprach zu Beginn der Tour noch von „the first two hours we sailing …“.
Nachdem wir nur motorten, trotz super Windbedingungen und ruhigem Wasser, erfuhren wir auf Nachfrage das nicht gesegelt wird. Die Segel seien seit zwei Wochen defekt.
Und die Beschreibung „… oder sogar mit einem Bananenboot zu fahren“ haben wir dann nicht weiter hinterfragt warum das nicht möglich war.
Die Beschreibung versprach mehr als gehalten wurde. Sehr enttäuschend und auch noch viel Geld für ‚segeln‘ bezahlt was nicht durchgeführt wurde.
Die Tour war im Großen und Ganzen nur durchschnittlich.
1. Der gebuchte Leistungsumfang wurde bei meiner Buchung NICHT erfüllt, da die gebuchte Abholung vom Veranstalter sehr kurzfristig abgesagt wurde (< 24 h). Nach Kontaktaufnahme zum Veranstalter als auch zu Viator mit Bitte um Rückerstattung, gab es von beiden keine Rückmeldung noch eine Erstattung. Ohne Abholung hätte die Tour bei diesem als auch bei anderen Veranstaltern mindestens 40 EUR weniger gekostet. Das ist Abzocke.
2. Die ausgewählte Bucht zum Baden wurde vor Morro Jable ausgewählt und nicht an einem ruhigeren Ort, obwohl das von der Zeit möglich gewesen wäre. Hinsichtlich COVID-19 Hygienemaßnahmen wurde etwas lax mit der Reinigung der Oberflächen, der Maskentragepflicht an Bord, Abstandsregelung und der regelmäßigen Händedesinfektion umgegangen. Es gab zwar eine Händedesinfektion beim Betreten des Ktamarans und das war es.
Die Tour war genau so wie beschrieben und noch viel besser.
