AMAZING tour I loved...

AMAZING tour I loved it!!! It's perfect for people who like adventure. Keep in mind that you won't have access to running water, electricity, and toilets at the overnight camps. I didn't mind but it caught some people off guard.

Left Stranded at The Airport

Zero (0) Stars... After booking this tour and receiving confirmation from Viator, I was left stranded at the airport on my scheduled tour date. Find another option if you're looking to get to the Danakil Depression.

Yes what the client said is absolutely true that he was left stranded at the airport. However, the mistake was due to a misunderstanding that we came across with the platform and tried to communicate with the client through a personal WhatsApp provided by Viator 2 days before and the client failed to communicate with us in time. Yet we understood that it was a mistake and we communicated with other service providers to solve the problem and provide him the intended tour which was successful and immediately we refunded the payment made by the client. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope this will not happen again. We are a highly reputed service providers where integrity and honesty is our policy that we don’t compromise and we will make sure that this won’t happen again. Kind regards
