This cooking class was absolutely wonderful! We had a chance to create a wonderful meal with expert guidance from the chef. He also included some historical and social learning about food and culture in Morocco. We had plenty of time to talk about our experiences and try the food we had made. Really wonderful experience!!!

I am so glad I purchased this experience. Abdou was exceptional. He managed to keep 6 of us with varying dishes from multiple countries on task. The food was AMAZING!! A delightful surprise to have dessert provided by his sister Fatima and Moroccan tea BEFORE dinner. Everyone’s dishes looked delicious and there was more food than I could eat! Ten thumbs up, if that was possible. We had a diverse group, couple from UK, solo from US, solo from UK, couple from France. Well done!!!

Immersive experience of cooking from scratch with our host Abdou. A really enjoyable morning choosing our supplies in the local market, including the chicken and then assembling the ingredients into two tagines. We shared our experience with another French family which made the day even more fun. Isaac provided us with some delicious cake and treated us to his guitar accompaniment. Abdou is a great host, patient and fun, and would highly recommend.

Expect to visit a vibrant market(with live chickens), then on to your chefs home. Abdou was our chef he was friendly and showed us how to make a traditional tajine which we ate in his home. He served us tea and entertained us. It was a relaxed sociable evening with delicious food. I enjoyed every minute of it

Abdou and Isaac were fantastic. Not only did they give us ( me and my son) a very warm welcome, but they were also both interesting and interested in us. The cooking experience was authentic and most enjoyable, but it was so much more....music, conversation and laughter. It was supposed to be for 3 hours but it was nearer 5. One of the highlights of our time in Morocco. We would thoroughly recommend you choose this one.
