This was an excellent experience in a famiy home allowing you to get the understanding of Moroccan cooking. The meeting instructions were straightforward, arriving by taxi. Hussein and Kadija were lovely hosts, first shopping locally for ingredients, followed by a cooking lesson on tea making, bread making, warm salads and a sweet lamb tagine. We had a great meal - we couldn't eat it all!

Hossein and Khadija were warm and welcoming hosts. First we shopped with Hossien in his local neighbourhood, then returned to thei home for mint tea and pastries.
But the fun started when we gathered in the kitchen to help cook. Khadija is a wonderful chef and her knowledge of spicing is excellent. We all helped and learned how to make, flatten and fold msemen bread. Delicious. The two taglines we made; lamb and chicken were simple the tastiest we have ever had.
A really happy evening with a charming family.

Couple très sympathique, soucieux de nous faire découvrir leur culture et leur cuisine. Faire les courses avec Hussein est un plus. Comprendre l'association des épices est intéressant. Kadija explique très bien comment faire la cuisine. Ce fût un bon moment de partage.
