Zohra was infinitely patient and kind as she taught us the stitches, helped us design and draw out our embroidery pieces, and rolled with our crazy ideas about color combinations that were unique to us. Her sweet daughters assisted with interpretation and threading, so we could try to complete our projects during the time we were together. It was my own slow pace and interest in the gorgeous clothing in her shop that kept me from completing mine; my friend was able to complete hers. We really enjoyed our time learning and feel confident we could use these skills on our own at home. Her homemade treats and mint tea were absolutely delicious. We strongly recommend this activity. If we were staying longer we would do the activity again to learn more.
