My husband & I did the hike.
We had a wonderful experience with our guide. Great company with fantastic views. The lunch with wine at the end was a special treat! Not to mention - Delicious!

El Calafate Balcony Experience with Zipline was excellent. The 4x4 tour was interesting and the zip[line was exciting. The meal after was outstanding and the best we have had on any tour so far. All the guides were extremely friendly and helpful.

The ziplining was efficient, friendly & seemed safe & well done. The guides & instructions were very good. The lunch was a bit disappointing. It eas adequate- and empanada, fairly tasteless lentil soup with a few small pieces of meat & an ordinary brownie with a scoop of icecream. There was also wine & orange cordial, but no tea or coffee.

we had some extra time before our flight and booked at the last minute - well worth it! we did the ziplining option and it was incredible. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the wind was a bit strong which made us nervous, but once we got going it was no problem. highly recommend, even for those faint at heart. the lunch at the end was hearty and delicious, too. would definitely do again

The ride to the top of the mountain was worth the view. It was a bit bumpy but that made it fun. It was very windy at the top of the mountain but we were able to get great photos. Our guide Augustus was friendly and fun. He also was a great waiter. The dinner was delicious and there was lots of food . The atmosphere in the ranch house was warm and cozy.

First the guides weee awesome. Juan Pablo “JP” was my guide for the trek and he was great however the tour itself was somewhat disappointing. I chose to do the trek rather than the zip line. Sounds like those who did the zip line or who ride with those doing the zip line got the true balconies experience whereas me doing the trek was essential a downhill walk with the same view so my recommendation is if you do this go for the zip line or just ride along.

I booked through Viator so initially there was a bit of confusion about the pick up point for the tour. Once that was straightened out everything went smoothly. I didn’t have a lot of time in El Calafate so this half day excursion was a good way to see some of the sites. The 4x4 ride was a bit bumpy but Nicholas our guide gave us a lot of great insight about the area. The view from the top was beautiful and the hiking portion was good also. Manuel guided us on the hike and shared a bit of knowledge about some of the plants we saw. The tour ended with a delicious lunch and wine. The guides made sure we were will taken care of the whole time and overall I really enjoyed the experience.

Good evening trip. Wonderful views of lake from high points. Limited mobility friendly activity. Includes a dinner in a ranch type setting. Both the guide and the driver were two very pleasant persons. The guide took pains to explain the geology and history of the region.

This is a very complex excursion to carry out for the tour operator, it involves starting the trip in Argentina and continuing it in Chile, the companies that carry it out need to process expensive authorizations in Argentina and Chile, the guides must also be registered in both countries, the trip The round trip is about 750km, all of which makes it not possible to market it at a low cost. The Torres del Paine national park is very isolated, far from all the cities in the south and when problems arise everything is very expensive to solve. We are sorry that Silvestre, our guide with more than 20 years of experience, was not fun.

Highly recommend, the guides are super knowledgeable! The views and food is spectacular! I do however recommend booking through your hotel and trip advisor and viator do not communicate thoroughly with the staff and might not be able to prepare for the experience you wanted.

We saw a few wildlife sightings along the way (condors, a fox, mountain lion tracks, eagles and a rabbit). The lunch was soooooo amazing and really filling and delicious. I enjoyed the ziplining (4 lines in total) with the great views.

If you have half a day, I strongly suggest this tour , the view is fantastic, and especially with the hiking option . The tour guides are so nice, I am the only English speaking tourist , but I got the full instructions.

Reserve con ellos la actividad pero no se me pregunto si quería senderismo, todo 4x4 o tirolesa. Pero tengo que decir que nos gustó mucho, que las vistas son espectaculares y que el guía que nos toco, Agustín, iba explicando todo y no dejo de hacer bromas, todo muy ameno.
También, he de añadir que tenía la actividad reservada para un día y por problemas de vuelo me la cambiaron.
