People should keep an eye open for emails from Viator close to departure. Important info about which coach to board was missed by those who hadn’t read the email from a couple of days earlier.

Transport to Braemar games

Detailed meet up location, I reserved this months in advance and the day came and the bus arrived. Very organized, driver had a list and my name was there! Clean efficient and experienced drivers made a wonderful trip to Braemar for the Highland Fames. Tickets were not included and we had purchased seats in advance. A couple days before we received another email with a reminder and that really helped us with some more details. The only thing that could be better is maybe to have a person at the meeting spot half an hour before busses arrive, to greet the tourists and let them know they are in the corrrecr location. We were a bit nervous until 7:35 when the buses showed up. They seemed to think departure was at 8 am but all of our emails said 7:30 and to be there 15 minutes early- and we were!

Driver kept telling people to be quiet

While the driver was full of facts and stories, he did not allow those in front to talk and kept telling them to be quiet. It bordered on rude. People were using quiet voices speaking to their seat mates, getting to know each other. If we were on a 'tour', I would understand. However, we signed up for transportation. I did appreciate alot of what Brian said, but he talked nearly non stop for over 2 hours.. shushing people throughout. I am glad I was not in a front row. Also, it would have been nice to know before that morning that we would be making a stop for bathroom/food break on the way up. The bus was clean and had a toilet...a big plus.

Graham is one of the best tour transportationists (did I just invent a fun, new word?!) we’ve had the pleasure to ride with. He was informative, and funny, but not obnoxious. He is a safe driver, and gracious in dropping off at better locations for everyone at the end too and saved time doing so!
