Passeio incrível, mas não faria de novo com a mesma empresa

O dia foi bastante agradável, com cenários absolutamente deslumbrantes. Nosso guia organizou tudo para o momento da alfândega e parou em vários cenários de cartão postal, além de disponibilizar ao longo da viagem vários livros sobre Montenegro, o que foi um diferencial. O roteiro foi absolutamente incrível e tivemos tempo o bastante nas cidades. No entanto, não dei 5 estrelas por duas razões: (i) na página do passeio está escrito que o passeio em Perast custa 5 euros, mas nos cobraram 10 euros, o que não parece muito mas é o dobro do que consta por escrito e até agora não sei a razão para esta mudança, já que aqui no Viator consta que o barco até a igreja custa apenas 5 euros, e eu perguntei para DUAS pessoas diferentes da empresa, via Whatsapp, no dia anterior ao passeio, o valor e ambas me disseram "por volta de 5 euros", ou seja, ainda bem que levei mais que isso (na Croácia ainda se usava a Kuna Croata, então eu precisei arrumar uns euros para esse passeio); (ii) marcaram de me buscar às 6:45h, mas o motorista acordou atrasado e me levou para colocar gasolina e lavar o carro, ou seja, poderia muito bem ter me buscado mais tarde e me dado mais tempo para dormir; (iii) o carro era muito antigo, com buracos nos bancos e estava IMUNDO por dentro, o interior não foi lavado ou ao menos aspirado antes do passeio, um dos vidros também estava quebrado e fazia um barulho que tornava difícil ouvir o que o motorista estava falando; (iv) recebi mensagens sobre o passeio de duas pessoas diferentes, sendo uma o motorista e outra uma mulher do setor de vendas super grosseira que me deu um monte de informação trocada, muita falta de organização!

Thank you for you review about price for boat in Perast in low season price for boat is 5 € in high season price it 10 €, and yes car is old but trustable new tires, new engine we order new one but because of pandemic delivery is late. About pick up time ours drivers works all days and everyday in season so it could happend that one day he little overslept and this year city make new rule that all tourist agency's need to get out of area of old town before 7 am that is why you had first pick up and because you couldn't sleep little more.
