Great time on the 007. Dubrovnik is a beautiful place. The crew was nice and informed especially the deck hand. Boat was a smooth ride and clean. Took us to a great seaside lunch. Only complaint was we asked to tour islands and walk around and was told there wasn’t much to do or see once we were onboard so it was quite a boring itinerary that we’d expected. For the $$$ we paid it did not live up to the hype.

Regarding the itinerary, we’re sorry to hear it didn’t fully meet your expectations. As we mentioned prior to your booking, the weather forecast for your tour day in October was cloudy and not ideal for swimming, and we offered the option to cancel free of charge should you wish to reschedule or change your plans.
Additionally, since it was already October, some of the shops and attractions on the islands may be closed, which is beyond our control. What we can recommend — and did — are restaurants that remain open year-round, and we always suggest visiting the islands for their natural beauty, historical sites like ancient monasteries, and former residences from the Dubrovnik Republic. These are peaceful, authentic spots meant to be explored at your own pace, and they’re completely free to enjoy as our crew mentioned.
We truly hope you still made some good memories with us on the water and appreciate your feedback as we always aim to improve. Wishing you all the best in your future travels!

Toni was amazing!!! The absolute best captain I've ever had! I booked this trip with 3 friends and Toni made our boat tour the highlight of the trip! He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, funny, the list goes on! What an incredible day! We were picked up just outside the Old Town walls of Dubrovnik and driven directly to our boat! It was like a mini yacht- very comfortable, had a bathroom, had shade, and our skipper, Tony, was amazing! He really made the day a huge success. He took us to the Blue Caves, which ended up being too crowded for our liking so we went on to a Green Cave. The whole family jumped in the water and the two "bad" swimmers were provided with floaties so we didn't drown. The water was cold at first but very refreshing considering how hot it was (maybe 90 degrees fahrenheit).
We went on the island of Lopud and Tony made us reservations at a very nice restaurant. He also gave some great recommendations for restaurants in town and on the way to Split.
A couple more snorkle stops later, we were ready to call it a day. A very successful, fun day on the Adriatic!
A+ experience! We would totally use this company again and hopefully, we are able to have Tony be our skipper! Until next time.

Fantastic day out on the water. Captain Maro and Ivan were very adept at finding us some great swimming spots despite challenging conditions on a rather windy day.
They also arranged a delicious lunch on Lopud where we were very well taken care of at a local restaurant.

The islands were absolutely beautiful, the boat was comfortable, and communication from the company was smooth and reliable. We did the private boat afternoon tour.
However, I’m giving this experience 4 stars instead of 5 because our captain seemed completely disengaged throughout the day after our first stop. Given the premium price of the tour and the many glowing reviews, I expected a captain who would be attentive, personable, and involved in enhancing our experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When we returned to the boat after swimming, there was no assistance offered for boarding, no friendly check-in like “Did you enjoy the swim?” or “Can I get you a towel or a drink?” In fact, nothing was offered at all—no towels, drinks, or snacks throughout the excursion after our first stop.
At one point, he dropped us on the island and asked us to text when we were ready to be picked up (no problem). But then he swam in to greet and say hi to his friends, didn’t have his phone on him, and we ended up waiting about 10 minutes for him to change out of his swimsuit.
The whole experience was a bit odd that he just did not engage with us, especially considering the high price point and the expectations set by other customer reviews. Maybe he was just having an off day, but we were definitely disappointed. It was still a beautiful day—but with a more engaged captain, it could have been an exceptional one.
Also, it's in the fine print, but in case you didn't read it, there is a fuel charge (ours was 80 Euro) on top of the tour cost.

As you can see from all our previous reviews (all of which we actively encourage guests to write honestly), we’ve never received a complaint like this before. The captain in question is someone who has consistently received praise for being warm, professional, and attentive—so this is very unexpected and disappointing to hear.
The Elaphite Islands experience is something we take great pride in offering—between the visits to the villages, lagoons, caves, and beaches, we aim to make it not just beautiful, but personal and memorable. So to learn that the level of service you received on board fell short of that standard is deeply concerning.
Whether it was an off day or a lapse in communication, it should not have impacted your comfort or enjoyment—especially on a premium private tour where attentiveness is a key part of the experience. We sincerely apologize that this was not delivered, and we’ve already taken your feedback seriously by addressing it directly with the captain involved.
Regarding the fuel charge—thank you for mentioning it. While it is clearly listed in the tour description on Viator, we completely understand that it can be missed. That’s exactly why, as soon as a booking is made, we personally confirm all the key details with our guests: the date, the selected boat, pick-up time and location, and the fuel charge. Then again, 48 hours before your tour, we go over everything once more—including the fuel cost—just to ensure complete clarity. We make a strong effort to be fully transparent, especially in case guests haven’t had time to read through the full tour description or the “What’s Included/Not Included” sections on Viator.
We’re truly sorry the day didn’t feel as special as it should have. If you ever choose to return, we would love the opportunity to show you the kind of five-star experience we’re known for—and that most guests, thankfully, walk away raving about.

Everything about this tour was excellent! First, the tour company contacted us 2-3 days prior to the tour as a reminder and to provide some info. Everything about the tour was disclosed upfront; no surprises! Every point of the tour was on time. We were picked up actually 15 minutes early by the car service in a Mercedes C Class to transfer us from the port to the boat. When we arrive at the boat, we were greeted by our tour guide and boat operator - Maro. Maro was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the different highlights to visit. Asked us if there’s anything in particular we wanted to see and do. Beer, Coke, and water was included. Chips/pretzel crackers were also included and were actually good. For all the stops, the water was unbelievably clear! Bring goggles so you can see the bottom. We decided not to make a stop to eat lunch to maximize the sightseeing because we only did a half day tour. We came back to the dock where we started 15 mins later which we preferred. We asked the included car service to drop us off the old Walled City which I would highly recommend to visit. Definitely would recommend this tour!

This was a perfect day for us. Tony and Bronk (I'm sure I've misspelled that) were friendly and attentive, and took us to the most amazing swimming locations. We never felt pressed for time; they were always looking for ways to make the day more enjoyable. The boat was incredible. Would definitely book this tour again next time we're in Dubrovnik.

What an amazing experience! It was so nice having pickup and drop off from our Airbnb, and once we arrived to the marina it was so easy! Our skipper Filip was outstanding, very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended places to eat that were authentic, and showed us the tucked away coves that were amazing for swimming and snorkeling. The boat was clean, and refreshments were provided. Overall, it was an amazing day!

What a special day! We rented the 007. Super clean and in excellent condition! Huge sundeck cushion, plenty of shade and large rear swim platform. We loved sitting on the bow for a more peaceful ride with amazing views. We had both breakfast and lunch in ports along the way. This day was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. The crew could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We rented the full day and could have stayed out even longer. This is a must do while in Dubrovnik!

We had a spectacular eight-hours. The seven of us were picked up (and later dropped off) at our Airbnb in Dubrovnik at 8:45. We travelled on the Feretti Fly with two very friendly knowledgeable crew members. We stopped at several usual places including a beautiful lunch spot on Lopud Island and then in the afternoon spent an hour plus swimming, snorkeling and jumping/diving off the boat by ourselves in the most beautiful tranquil waters ever! Several in our party thought the 8 hour trip might be too long but we were all sad for it to be over at 5 pm. The boat is very comfortable with several lounging areas. The crew interactive as you want them to be. Highly recommend, especially as a trip disruption to the crowds and heat of Dubrovnik. We had a 75 degree sunny day end of May, water was refreshing but swimmable!

This was truly the highlight of our trip. It was so easy and relaxing. The boat was nice and clean. And the islands were fabulous.
