Grace was very knowledgeable and she was quite the entertaining guide. We enjoyed our legacy tasting and enjoyed Pearce Lyon’s dedication to the art of distilling and history and culture of Dublin. It has a more small business feel and love the sustainable aspects including the church reconstruction and the target audience for their spirits. Highly recommend picking up some bottles at the end and if you enjoy a more LOCAL feel. Also, cool fun fact—this distiller was at one time a chemist, which makes the distilling process more of a science.

The distillery is beautiful, the employees were beyond wonderful. We decided to wait until the end our trip to go back and buy some whiskey to not risk breaking anything while we toured the country. Sheila was not only wonderful and full of extra tidbits of knowledge when we were first there, but remembered us and details of our conversations when we went back. That is the level of care you'll find here. And the whiskey is wonderful also!

Enjoyable short tour of history and whiskey. It's really interesting to hear the background story to this little distillery. The drinks to taste were a real treat and fun to try . A worthwhile way to spend some time whilst in dublin.
