Children aged 8 and above are welcome. Those aged 8–11 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 8, strollers, and baby carriers are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. The venue is wheelchair accessible, though not recommended for visually impaired guests.
For safety reasons, guests with heart conditions or epilepsy are not permitted to participate in the VR experience.
Phones, wallets, and small bags may be brought inside. All other items must be stored in lockers, and phones must be switched to airplane mode.
Glasses may be worn with the headset; standard reading glasses are recommended for optimal comfort.
Photography is permitted; however, professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
This is a walkthrough experience with no seating. Restrooms, coat check, and Lost & Found services are available. A virtual audio guide is included.
